I was downloading my /home/ directory or at least trying to do rsync and ended up accidentally deleting my /home/ directory entirely. That caused my entire website to crash and had to contact their support. Unlike most web hosting companies, they relied within 15 mins and got my /home/ directory restored from their daily backup.. and my site reappeared again. I'm really thankful that I have their support and that they are part of my web team. They deserve a warm hug and a huge bottle of wine!

This company has literally the best customer service ever. I've got fairly extensive customer service experience with different web hosting providers. I honestly believe that the customer service that is provided at FatCow is amongst the highest and most professional within the web hosting industry.

Its true that A2 hosting is a little more expensive than other web hosting providers, but where they are expensive some people look at that as a negative, they make up for it in their outstanding support team. There is no comparison of a dedicated US based support team vs. an Indian outfit.

I was really impressed with A2Hosting, they were very helpful and helped me move my website over to them quickly. They basically did all the heavy lifting and moving of the site etc. Once they got me moved, they figured out that I needed PHP to run via suEXEC like It was running on my old web hosting provider, so they modified the htaccess file and that was it. It was working no problems. Very happy with their service.

Great awesome support, prices, and their plan is very well sized. Couldn't have asked for a better web hosting provider myself. Downtime is literally non-existent; so far. The speed is really great, thank you very much to the Arvixe team.
