I recently had some problems with my web hosting account; I found a very good support team was there to greet me in my time of need. Their help, allowed me to deliver my project on time... as I was sweating bullets about it being delayed... as I have to pay a penalty if I was late and this script just wouldn't work... as it did in the test environment.

I've just signed up with HostGator about 3 weeks ago, and I'm really happy with them so far. Their staff are very polite and reliable, I've already spoken with them quite a few times. HG's support has always been able to address the problems and situations that I'm having quickly and efficiently. cPanel is packed with features and features, which makes me super happy, as I can use some of their tools to get more marketing credits!

The thing I really love about HostGator (apart from their support and uptime) is the fact that they have an amazing GREEN POLICY which protects the environment and helps nature. They are an amazing web hosting provider that gives all sorta perks! Highly recommend if your looking for an eco-friendly web hosting provider.

When you find a good reliable host that you can call home you don't waste your time looking for someone or something else. You stay with this host and you pay.. even if they are a bit more expensive or whatever. At least that's what I'm planning on doing, you take your own path.

I've hosted my non-profit web site with InMotionHosting for 3+ years now. Throughout that time, the reliability has been spectacular, the support has been swell and the service has been timely and superior to that of any web host that I've encountered online. In fact, the service has been so good that my website has outgrown the $5/mo service that we were on and we decided to upgrade. I was first recommended InMotionHosting by a colleague when considering and researching which host would be the right fit.

What I really like about HostPapa is that they are invisible. They manage my website, my email addresses, and it all works quietly in the background without any fuss or trouble. I've only had to communicate with their technical support twice, once when I signed up and once when I had to renew my hosting plan. Their engineers were informative, helpful and friendly.

And then things started to work as described. They are a decent operator; have helpful resources and good dedicated staff, at least the ones I've been in contact with.

Love BlueHost, they literally have one of the BEST web hosting support teams that I've seen in the market. Their team is professional and responsible, so, I just ask and I actually get an correctly structured response where they explain how the problem is solved. Love the fact that they offer migration services and backend support!

HostPapa hits the mark in all the most important areas, that really keeps me and others (I assume) like me happy. The support is always available, the website doesn't suddenly crash when your trying to access it... etc. Excellent results for an excellent web hosting provider. I hope they keep it up, thanks HostPaPa for everything you do in the background.

I currently have two web hosting accounts with Inter Server, one of them is a dedicated server and the other is a shared hosting account. I can honestly say, while the server is COMPLETELY UNMANAGED and the shared hosting account is fully managed... that I'm impressed not only with their support, but also with stability of their network. They are an excellent hosting company and truly worth the monthly investment.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of support that I'm receiving as a customer of InterServer. They have helped me fairly recently move my entire website from my current web hosting provider to them... even while my old provider was offline 3 times and they had to redo the rsync process 3 times. It was a nightmare that took several days to solve, but finally Im out of them....phhheeewwwww. InterServer made my life simpler.

Really great service, FatCow simply has the best web hosting services out there. Their customer service is really second to NONE. Im not the best expert when it comes to picking web hosting providers, but they really exceeded my expectations.
