Wicked! Thats the first word that springs to mind when thinking about In Motion Hosting. They are really wicked; they are fast, they are reliable and they come with probably the best hosting support team I've ever seen. They aren't overly priced, but their not underly priced either; I'd say that they are a bit more than the average, but defiantly worth it. Just look at all the extra's you get.
Reliable & fast (shared hosting). They might be a big more expensive than the competition but for that every cent they make up for it in support. Really excellent support team; Kevin who attended to most of my support needs is really an excellent guy who helped me solve a DNS resolution error so my subdomains could propagate.
You literally have to be a network administrator to be able to work with them, if your server has issues... you can be guaranteed you'll have to wait like 48 hours before the new server will be brought up and given to you. There is no backups, and SLA? well, their core network is always online, but... the server... if your the renter... good luck. Not really for anyone who doesn't know Linux really well and/or is a network administrator or a server administrator.
My wife called Web Hosting Hub the other day and was met with helpful and polite support engineers. Her issue was around how to publish using the latest version of publisher. They not only got the issue resolved, but they even created a knowledgeable article on how to do it in the future if she gets stuck again.
The support I got that helped me with my transition from shared to VPS was really amazing. I'm happy that I was offered all these services, as I was having tons of problems due to being too large for shared hosting. They really went the extra mile to help me out of the difficult situation that I found myself in... when my old host was treating to delete my account. Also, thankfully, I found that while this has plagued me on many hosts, I haven't noticed any downtime or outages.
Great overall value for your money, support has tons of resources to assist you with, always very patient, even when I ask really silly questions, (as I learned afterwards). PHP version is always up to date and quite reliable.
Decently priced and really nice perks. Am mega chuffed with my choice, the support has been outstanding, even when I call them at 3am, when I finish my job shift... they are there to answer and help me work on my website. They have really been a godsend in my online existence, no more outages and lost files for me...
Quick answer on all inquires. 24/7 customer service is a big bonus and just a reliable web hosting company. I must say that they are well rounded; I have no doubt in my mind that they are going to be my web host until I move into a new business.
I love this company, their chatroom is setup for instant help, which is excellent. Most web hosting providers don't have that... which makes InterServer really awesome... especially for those of us who don't like sitting on phones. If I could give them 200 stars for everything, I would.
They are flexible, friendly, and secure. I like that about their service, why? because flexibility allows me to obtain what I need and when... and I can't imagine being stuck with someone who isn't going to let me grow as a person or as a business... like I faced with Godaddy for like 5 years. Friendly, boy are they ever... their so friendly, they assist me in everything I have questions about or for. Secure; seems their mod_security ruleset allows me to keep the account ticking over without getting hacked!
I have thousands of web radio users, but the issue is my old web hosting provider blocked the TCP port that I was previously using. As such, I was unable to stream anymore, so I picked WebHostingHub and am I glad I did. Their staff helped me move my entire site over to their servers and also help me reconfigure the radio streaming service. A+ Job, I love them, and have since recommended them to several other web hosting customers of mine.
Very competitive pricing and support team. They are always trying to get your questions answered quickly. For that very reason I'm very grateful... as without that level of service, there is no way that you could make any progress. I'm glad that I choose InterServer.
