Typically a web hosting provider cares about their web hosting customers, but since they switch happened from Brent to EIG the entire thing just went pear shaped. My old HostGator was perfect and always kept things online and working... and there was literally no delays and etc. Nowadays; its been all like up and down, for example, at the moment. The site has been down for hours.

Regardless on which server I was put on, I seemed to find that their SMTP IPs were always getting blocked saying that it was refused by the receipts address or simply it never arrives.

Always professional, always polite, and very extremely patient with me; they literally solved my problems in less than 15 mins! I was totally impressed and shocked, as with my old host it would have taken at least 24 hours! I wouldn't entertain.

Had some problems on getting things setup initially, but after the first little run... things started to work and quite well. Their customer support really helped me tremendously; between their fast responses and problem solving troubleshooting, I was able to get my LAMP stack finally under full control. The service also has 100% uptime and that makes life really excellent. I'm so happy that I have them. \ Thanks!

Really appreciate the extended support that they offer, considering that some of the issues were my own. I haven't seen a more powerful or well coordinated knowledgeable team ever. They literally have a handle on everything going on and then some. Like they really seem to have it all under control. I have a Magento site hosted with them and their support is just comprehensive as all get out.

My websites are always up and support is answered quickly. I think that those are the fundamentals that anyone should look for. In my case they also have some great pricing, which makes them a very obvious choice for my websites. If you look at them, they are really not that expensive... in my opinion they are definitely worth the extra money.

I've used FatCow now for approximately 3 years; I think. I've never had any issues with the LAMP hosting that was provided. Their controls are easy, they are quick, and I love how their support is always available no matter what time of year and that its 24/7 with US support staff.

I love InMotion Hosting, they not only saved me over $200 per year, they are twice as fast as my previous host. Just by switching to them, I cut my spam in 1/2, like literally. Mega super fast company in every respect; especially when it comes to support. Their support times are like those I've never seen in the web hosting business... or should I say at least by me.

Best hosting facilities and the services that they offer for the money online. Period. Full Stop. Their technical support and unlimited bandwidth, data transfer and hosting unlimited number of website? Best Deal Ever in my book.

Good Customer Service; I made their lives very difficult at times, but they never faltered or snapped. The support team always gave me a quick and fairly accurate responses on how to solve the problems. In my list, I rate them as one of the top web hosting providers in my personal list... not to mention that they are affordable.
