Awesome service, they transferred my old site to the new one for the Magento engine. When I have problems or challenges, their support team is there to back me up and make me whole again and that really matters. Excellent management and training I assume is behind them to support them. You do rock! Let others set their sites on you.
The customer service is one of the most amazing aspects, nothing short of perfect. They have always replied to my support requests, provided perfect uptime, and tons of new features within cPanel... that art standard. I'm really impressed also how fast they helped me move over my website. Ive been doubly thrilled when I heard about them being taken over, to form a bigger and stronger company... meaning more support staff. I know they value me as a PHP developer and I know they are going to be in my toolbox as a web hosting provider.
LAMP services can be all over the place; some good some bad, some ugly and some perfect. In the case of HostPapa, I have been more than pleased with the level of service and dedication that I've received. I was using the auto installer the other day, and I can't still get over how quick and easy it is... Fantastico makes life so easy... its all literally a few clicks away and we're good.
I really liked their online customer service, their chat personnel are simply put the best! They were there for me anytime I needed them, that made my life not only simpler, but really pleasant to solve the issues when they came up.
SiteGround Rocks! Their uptime and stability is like that of a major company like RackSpace or Softlayer. Like really really advanced and dedicated; I'm currently using them on several projects that I'm building. Love the dedication and support that I'm getting from them.
It wasn't always easy to get a hold of customer service back in the days, its gotten a lot simpler now, but previously, it was patchy at best. Having said that, 7 years have actually passed since that has happened. Thanks SiteGround for improving to our current state, you really have a loyal customer for life. Love the service, love the support and can't do without the uptime you provide!
Like very clear and patient support. She helped me get to grips with my hosting account, and like yeah, I was basically well chuffed. Pleased so far I chose SiteGround for my web hosting. I think they are solid as a provider.
Web Hosting Hub is a rock. They have a fantastic customer service approach and certainly something that I'm really happy to have. Their LAMP settings are great, and the uptime too. I would recommend them, even if they aren't always the highest rated host!
I've been using multiple accounts on WebHostingPad, I have some light duty websites with them, nothing overly heavy. However, many times I face a problem of not being able to access the website when I got to my website. This happens for customers of mine as well. Makes my business look quite bad and also that I'm looked like a fool. I have lost many sales because of this problem. So I spoke with customer service and they are trying to find a solution, but this is the 5th week and nothing has been done.
I normally don't usually don't care about what hosting provider I host with, as they are all typically more or less the same. At least, that was my thought until I came across In Motion Hosting. These guys are like the Trump tower with shinning grandure while there are other small huts around it. They have an extremely competitive offer, they have really spectacular service and support. I often have less than a min to wait for support; A+ score to them for that.
They have VERY POOR support, just pain Jane horrible support. You need to wait for about 48 hours to be able to get a decent reply.. even when you do get a reply... sometimes its like what does this mean? SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME and choose a different web hosting provider. I understand that they maybe the cheapest, but you have to be a server or network administrator to work the plans most of the time. Even then, there aren't any guarantees.
I've worked with broadcasting for many many years and continue to do so. At one time last year, I needed to be able to host some audio shows via my website... so I uploaded the mp3 file thinking there would be no problem..... WRONNGGG. The account was suspended within 30 mins of the files being uploaded... there is you unlimited storage. I think that should be enough said for everyone to get the picture.
