I have been an iPager for 5+ years. Always but always Ive received excellent customer service and support. I tell you that iPage is by far the cheapest ISP/web hosting provider that I know int eh market, and their support is top notch. Their level of support is incredible and their support is knowledgeable and professional. My experience has always lead them to having all the issues resolved quickly.

This company really makes the difference. They are a reliable, honest, and dedicated company. They will always go the extra mile and help. I've been using web hosting companies since 1999, none compare to this web hosting provider. Really amazing and reliable company. Staff always polite, knowledgeable, and quick problem solvers.

I have been many horrible representatives, the stock number is is one of the most excellent one I aver dealt with! Made all my issues worry free and made me more at peace about the problem. He's what makes this site and staff such a great pleasure to deal with! Thank you :-)!

We have about 15 web sites currently hosted with Inmotion; some of which date back about 10 years more or less. I have found that their support has always be stellar both via the phone and ticketing options. In terms of price they are very affordable as well... they include everything you need to get started or re-established. Im happy with their service overall and I think its a value based service... one that you can rely on year after year.

We are using GreenGeeks for years for our SEO campaign sites, they have really professional marketing and uptime is imperative for me. So I monitor them and they haven't flinched from their uptime scores. My recommendation is that if your looking for a great web hosting company, this company is certainly worth checking into. It took us several days to find them, and then a week or two to test them out, but we were happy with the net results.

I have been struggling with trying to get the website error solved, all over the internet, blogs, forums, etc... so finally I just said enough is enough, let me ask my web hosting provider (I was sure they were going to tell me its out of our support scope). Instead, what I got was was completely different, they solved the issue and sent me the fix when they replied to the email.

Their people are professional and really do have a deep knowledge of everything that they are doing. That gave me enough of a good reason to recommend iPage, and I've not looked back since.

They offer amazing customer service at a very unique price point not even starting to mention their customer support team, which is beyond reproach in my opinion. Very reliable and very friendly service. Kudos to them for everything that they have done for me and are doing in general for customers like myself everyday!

Their service is easy to understand and easy to host multiple websites. The price is fair, and the support is professional and friendly. Nothing else needs to be said.

In my books, if you provide good service, there really isn't a need for solid excellent support, as you never have any issues. However, sometimes, they really don't know what their doing and ask the question the same time 3/4 times, and then you go round and round in circles without getting a clear answer. While the price is low and reasonable you can't always find that its worth the level of support you get.

Unlike most web hosting providers, BlueHost has something special. They provide value. Most web hosting shops will treat you as just another number and there is zero personalization and assistance. However, when you signup with BlueHost, the experience is entirely different. They call you, welcome to the service, assist you in getting setup and organized. They help you move the website if needed and give you a hand if that's what your looking for.

I can't believe these clowns, they totally messed up my website. They lost my database when moving the site, so my old host deleted the account and now they want like $50.00 to restore the backup plus a full year... and yet SG can't do anything properly. I wish I had never moved! What a miserable provider....
