I have been a customer with Arivxe for about 2 years now. Excellent rates and really fast customer service. One of my pillar requirements for a web hosting provider was that they were a LAMP provider, the second that they had amazing customer service or as close to amazing customer service as possible. What I got was a company willing to transfer the entire website, domain name, and help me. I really couldn't expect more from a web hosting provider. I can assure you that If I've spent this much time with them, they are a web hosting company that is worth every penny.

I'm always on my site doing something, no matter what it is for me, its important that the bloody thing is online always. That's why I choose HostPaPa, they give me the peace of mind and security that my website will stay online and actually work. Really kick ass and really amazing support team behind the scenes. Two thumbs up from me.

Just got off the phone with the cancellation guys over there, I spoke with a really nice chap called Vadim S. I told him, I dont wanna speak with anyone and deal with your retention... instead I was greeted with someone that felt like almost a friend or a family member... Such an amazing guy. Really a pleasant guy.

Their customer service is fast, efficient and always trying to get you trained up, so you can answer the questions you need by yourself. I was with a previous web hosting company for approximately 10 years until things went wrong and that was horribly wrong. I was in a rush to find a new host, that's how I originally came across HostPapa. Turned out one of the best choices that I've made online, they are simply excellent.

iPage was a fantastic company when I got started with them. They had plenty of features, competitive pricing, excellent and easy to use control panel. However, in 2016 all that changed... They seems have outsourced their entire support team and its like speaking to them in bloody Korean... you dont understand them and they don't understand what you want from them. I wasted like 3 weeks on trying to get them to give me a SSL certificate, then I just said fuck it...

I signed up for 3 months and I must say its very easy to manage my website with this control panel. Even for someone like me with limited knowledge, they made it super easy and the service I get so far is just top notch. The support is polite and adequate, and the hosting is managed, so I don't have to worry about anything like databases or scripts. The price, its more or less, but to me support is what matters.

I was with BlueHost for quite sometime, that's until my web hosting account got hacked and some random PHP file was thrown all over the directories. I spoke with their support, they made some changes, cleaned up my site and put some extra security policies in place via the htaccess file. Since then, I've never had any issues with them. Unfortunately, a short period after they did this, I had to close my account with them, due to not having enough money to renew my hosting account. However, I'll be back next time!

HostPapa has given me nothing but a positive feeling. Ok they do have some stuff wrong, like they are missing some documentation from time to time and they don't have video tutorials, but still... I can't complain too much. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a lot of features with a low price entry point. They have all kinda freebies, so you know that you can use your site and it can grow and you don't have to shell out extra dollars.

I love the flexibility of iPage and their platform; the ease of use of their site is what I love about them the most (and their support team too!). I've chatted with their technical support previously a number of times and on various topics and questions. All my questions have been answered satisfactorily Their tech team is helpful and knowledgeable, and their services in terms of price is hard to beat. I've tried a few other web hosting companies, but have never been as satisfied as I've been with iPage and their service.

I've been with them for about 5 years now, and all I can say is that they are one of the BEST WEB HOSTING PROVIDERS that I've been with. Not only is their cPanel standard and without excess, but also because they do everything possible to make life simpler... If I do encounter problems, they are normally resolved quickly via live chat or support ticket. They also provide you with a RCA (root cause analysis) if there is any server outages or problems. Super web hosting provider. They are not just a marketing shop, they are a excellent web hosting service.

Cheap and very reliable their service seems to be mega blazing fast, no matter where I test the website, it loads. It loads really fast in Asia, and for me that's very important as most my traffic is from Asia currently. So I have to keep things moving. They have really patient group of people and I'm quite impressed with them. Excellent on keeping up with version changes.
