Pleased with the service, their staff is polite, quick, and seem overall to be willing to go the extra mile. I used their support on some email problems, I couldn't get Mail in OSX to sync with their service. However, finally, when I got things working, it was really decent and I'm happy that I decided to stick with them and not split and run. I've been with InMotionHosting now for about 2 years. They only get better and better; year on year.

I have been a customer of them for almost a year now; I'm sorta of a reseller and I run my small business website on their plan. I have had some minor troubles and got them fixed almost instantly. I love working with InMotion and I certainly believe I will be their customer as long as my business is alive.

I was a little apprehensive when choosing web hosting as it wasn't overly well known when I first signed up (at least not for me) as they didn't market like HostGator or Godaddy where I was hosted earlier. My opinion changed after experiencing their live chat customer service and their incredibly knowledgeable staff. I spoke with Olga initially and she helped me through the signup process and then I was transferred to Dimitry to help me get my site transferred, all this happened within 40 mins. After that, I've been with them for going strong with them for 4+ years now.

Site runs fast, support is very friendly, the cPanel is packed with bells and whistles. This is my 10th web hosting company in 10 years, but they are the best web hosting provider I've had to date.

Love the fact that they use SSD and RAID-10 storage, these kinda things in a web hosting company is what I look for. Having a online business that is dedicated to computer repair, I don't have time for failures or outages... so I choose greengeeks because they seemed like the only company that really understood what they were doing and were actually caring enough. I found that they not only cared about my small site, but also suggested ways I can optimize it to drive more potential traffic.

I have two web hosting accounts with iPage, one of them is for my company, which I work for, while the other is a personal website of the family. If you plan on keeping your site up for a long period of time, that way you can take advantage of extra discounts and options. Their uptime is terrific and also you'll find that their freebies that they offer surpass what the hosting fees are, so you'll basically be getting free service!

I've just signed up with HostGator about 3 weeks ago, and I'm really happy with them so far. Their staff are very polite and reliable, I've already spoken with them quite a few times. HG's support has always been able to address the problems and situations that I'm having quickly and efficiently. cPanel is packed with features and features, which makes me super happy, as I can use some of their tools to get more marketing credits!

I feel like a valuable customer; whenever there is a problem that I can't solve, I shoot off a ticket. The funny thing is that I get a reply within 20 mins and often I find that the problem has been solved for me. Sometimes, I find that I have to apply the fix myself, but... overall its a rock solid service. Peace ASO!

Service is a bit spotty, I'm currently hosted with them and they have some issues or latency, I can't figure out which as yet, but its a little annoying. Overall, I'm super satisfied with their service. They always have the latest versions of MYSQL and PHP, so I really don't need to consider anyone else as a web hosting provider.

I've heard people had problems but I have never experienced that myself. Although there is always a bit of uncertainty with different providers and usually he found the ones who get “lucky”. From what I see, it's a very simple process and personally and makes my life easier. Downtime is minimal in six months 15-20 minutes, so it's OK.

Amazing customer support and without a shadow of a doubt! The service has just been stellar and perfect since I got it. In fact, the server has not been offline even once as yet.
