Their customer service is fast, efficient and always trying to get you trained up, so you can answer the questions you need by yourself. I was with a previous web hosting company for approximately 10 years until things went wrong and that was horribly wrong. I was in a rush to find a new host, that's how I originally came across HostPapa. Turned out one of the best choices that I've made online, they are simply excellent.
Great experience overall, I have a small photography website, its traffic is not where I'd need to be to make a switch to a VPS, and I have several emails that I use through my domain name. Their service is inexpensive and I've never had any problems with their service so far.
I've had WHP for many many years. They are the absolute cheapest web hosting provider you can find on the market. Their service has always been immediate and respectful. They know what their doing; and I can say that without them I would truly be lost in the web hosting space. Good Guys, Good Service, and excellent focus. That's how I would describe WHP.
Ive been a reseller of ARVIXE for at least 9 years, and since then they have been having an amazing support team. Yes, sometimes they had outages, moving servers, locations, etc... but they are incredibly reliable typically these days. This web hosting provider will provide you with excellent uptime, excellent customer service, and also actually give you what they say on the site... so if they say 10gb you will get 10GB. There is no funny business with them. Live Chat really responds super fast... literally sometimes within seconds, and certainly within mins.
I don't understand how and why 1&1 is still alive, but I guess, it helps that they are part of the government. The service isn't bad, the support sucks, and the dedication to customer support is non-existent. I really don't know what else to say in this moment about them. They want to respond or at least they say they do... but it takes forever. It's like the entire support group needs to be redone... in my view. Then again Yahoo was the same!
AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS; THEN THE CALL GOT DISCONNECTED. THEY ARE NOT A QUALITY PROVIDER.
I'm very glad to have chosen this service! The staff here are very friendly, great, professional and super fast:-) I have done extensive research, this site is recommended by experts loggers across many different resources. Many useful included. I gave this a five star!
These guys are great, I was able to start working on my new site in mins after I bought their hosting plan. The cPanel interface is swell and works really flawlessly. The bandwidth and space are really generous and their tech support is really stellar; meaning that I can get things answered fast! Which is what I like as Im not one to sit around and wait. Conclusion to the story; great plan, good customer service, and wicked performance. Cheers guys!
Awesome service, they transferred my old site to the new one for the Magento engine. When I have problems or challenges, their support team is there to back me up and make me whole again and that really matters. Excellent management and training I assume is behind them to support them. You do rock! Let others set their sites on you.
I have been with webhostinghub for years now and I host around 50 websites. I think that in the past six years that I've been with them (approximiately), I can only recollect two outages, which were both in the region of about 15 - 30 mins each. I found that their responsiveness has gotten much better and their support team over the years has really grown. Their support is really on top of their game.
I believe that as with any business customer service is key to its success. In other words, when I need answers I need them NOW not tomorrow. That's the experience that I've had with HostPapa, their customer service especially live chat, always is moving forward with providing me with any answers that I'm looking for. Regardless of the time, I'm always able to get in contact with someone at HostPapa and my issue gets resolved. That's why I've been a loyal customer for 2.5 years and will continue to be so.
I've been with FatCow for over 10 years now and each time I get in contact with them the issue that I need to get troubleshooted or resolved ends up getting fixed right away without delay. Quite a dedicated team of professionals work there.
