This has been one of the best experiences that I've had so far with a web hosting company. The support, the uptime, and the knowledge of their sales and support team has far superseded what I was expecting. Im extremely grateful and satisfied with the level of service that I've gotten and also very proud of them. Keep it up guys!

I originally signed up with them thinking that I was going to be able to install VBulletin on my web hosting account and I was going to get the license cut up into monthly payments... as their landing page said so... No.1 VBulletin Provider, but it turned out that that wasn't the case.. so I felt a little cheated and hurt from their mis-marketing. So I wasn't overwhelmingly happy about the situation in general. I ended up keeping my account, but I wasn't thrilled.

HostGator is a bit more expensive than Im generally willing to pay for a web hosting company, but I certainly think its worth it. I've experienced their excellent web hosting support teams, gone through the resources that they offer for web hosting and also have not had any outages in 180 days! For me, that says everything that I need to know. Outages destroy your online reputation and business, so its important to have as few as possible.

My websites are always up and support is answered quickly. I think that those are the fundamentals that anyone should look for. In my case they also have some great pricing, which makes them a very obvious choice for my websites. If you look at them, they are really not that expensive... in my opinion they are definitely worth the extra money.

Their customer service is super unhelpful; they seem not to be able to fix the most basic of issues such as uptime and email uptime... it seems like their mail server keeps crashing or something else is happening, as the email keeps getting stuck. When you call them up, they seem to grasp the issue, but they don't do anything to fix it.. which is quite frustrating itself, since thats one of the most important things to me... getting through to customer service and getting the issues solved.

I've got a couple of apps that are quite intensive on memory and CPU, so I was always looking for a VPS and told that a VPS would be the only thing that would work for my website. As such, that's what I was doing. Then I found GreenGeek's reseller account, and while im not a reseller, I didn't want all the headache of managing my own VPS.. so I chose a reseller hoping that it would work.... and it did! Thanks again GreenGeeks!!

Uptime is all that matters to me, space wise as long as I have 1gb the rest doesn't matter at all. However, Uptime is key and the fact that they do that 100% of the time, I can't complain. Oh shoot, I forgot about SSL too... that's important to me. They are solid, that's all I can tell you, the rest you'll have to just figure out on your own.

Helpful assistance is all that I really care about. They are quick to resolve issues and are very friendly, even when the questions seem quirky or stupid. The pricing for their services in my eyes is very reasonable; I would definitely recommend them for all your web hosting needs.

I have been a customer of WHP since 2009; I've rarely experienced any major errors or problems with the actual service. They seemed ok in all everything they did; but then came a sudden migration, everything needed to be moved to other platform, but since I lost interest in this site, I didn't do much else.. when I came back after their migration, my website was so messed up, that I couldn't believe my eyes!

Great customer service, responsive, fast, and super knowledgeable. Live chat works wonderfully... I have already referred several clients of mine and all have been really chuffed with the exceptional service that they have received.

InterServer has a reputable name and I'm quite happy to be hosted with them.

I have tried at least 4 other web hosting companies before settling with WebHostingPad. Im super satisfied with them as there is nothing but amazing support and uptime with them. They have been really easy to use and hassle free... the site just works, I don't have to be constantly stressing over when/where did my site go.
