I should have moved over to SiteGround earlier; its crazy how I didn't find them until about a year ago. For over a decade, I've been suffering from bad web hosting. Now I've found my home and I plan on staying there for as long time.

I was downloading my /home/ directory or at least trying to do rsync and ended up accidentally deleting my /home/ directory entirely. That caused my entire website to crash and had to contact their support. Unlike most web hosting companies, they relied within 15 mins and got my /home/ directory restored from their daily backup.. and my site reappeared again. I'm really thankful that I have their support and that they are part of my web team. They deserve a warm hug and a huge bottle of wine!

I had a problem with an error in their control panel, where the storage was showing up as unavailable. I wrote them about this bug and within mins, the problem was fixed. Literally the process took 15 mins from the time the email was sent to the time the issue was fixed.

Arvixe is an outstanding company; They offer SSH access for shared web hosting companies, which is rare. However, this is a very viable tool that helps me... when I want to install plugins. They are also very dedicated to making sure they solve your problems, additionally, since they allow you to pay monthly, it assures me that if the service does go bad, I can leave at anytime.

I've been with Arvixe for approximately 3 years now, I've never had an issue. Their tech support has been top notch and they have always helped me out when I was stuck or needed support. They offer everything SQL, MSSQL, ASP.NET, etc.. which is not common in the web hosting industry.

I'm using FatCow for about the last 7 years. Apart from being very reasonably priced the best thing about them is that their help team. The team is always helpful and kind to me, even with my language limit.

I've had WHP for many many years. They are the absolute cheapest web hosting provider you can find on the market. Their service has always been immediate and respectful. They know what their doing; and I can say that without them I would truly be lost in the web hosting space. Good Guys, Good Service, and excellent focus. That's how I would describe WHP.

I have been using web hosting services for years, I've heard a lot about this service and decided to give them a shot. After paying for one year, that's when the problems started. I found that the FTP service wasn't working, that all the fixes they suggested wasn't functioning. That was my first impression, after that... it was like OMG why is this happening to me? I finally got tired of their shit and asked for a refund after 4 days... and it came thru. Glad I left them.

They have been really easy to use and hassle free... the site just works, I don't have to be constantly stressing over when/where did my site go.

I have been with Inmotion for 5 years now and have not had any problems. There is always plenty of help available for me when I need it and while I've tried cheaper web hosting companies there is simply no comparison. They are friendly, dedicated and reliable.

I have been using ASO services for about a month now, found that their services are really stable and awesome. Tickets typically get answered within 15 mins and the reply doesn't end up in the spam folder! Which is most helpful!

Reliable hosting and excellent customer service, is just some of the things that you can expect in your web hosting experience with ASO. Every time I've contacted them for customer support, they have knocked it out of the park. Full recommendation from my side. They are top-notchhhhhh! They also meet my needs and I love em!
