Its pretty much my first web hosting provider that I've contracted and so far so good. Their support is great, their techs are always friendly and quick to answer any questions. I've never seen it down for more than a couple of mins... and it seems (to me) that their a good place to host my website. Good job as far as I'm concerned.
Been with FatCow since 2008 and have been very pleased with their customer service. There have been a few issues when I got jammed up with their techies, but they worked diligently to help me resolve the issues that I was facing. I don't have crashing websites anymore or more troubles.
In 15 years of broadcasting online, I've always had some sorta problem with a web hosting provider, from outages, to bad customer service, and everything in between. ASO is undoubtably the best web hosting provider that I've personally had the pleasure of dealing with. They don't quit on anything until the problem is solved.
So the other day i got really frustrated the other day with these chaps, I was trying to get my work done and they seemed to be having some sorta server permissions...and I had to deliver a client a project... which I wasn't able to do because of the delays. As such, I ended up saying to myself that Im going to cancel; so I called them to do that... and when I did, they saw (I dont know how) from my account I suppose; that I was on one of the affected servers and they said... "We're sorry you had issues yesterday with your web hosting account, we've credited your account with $20 for the inconvenience" and they gave me a free upgrade. So I ended up being quite happy and stayed with them... but yesterday I was really upset.
Had an outage with them, I called and opened a support ticket; the call was answered in no more than 5 mins and the issue was resolved within 15 mins of getting the ticket open. I've never had such an experience with any web host, normally takes days... or hours at best case.

I've found that I'm quite pleased with the level of support that I'm being provided at WebHostingHub.com, they have really taken upon themselves to help me with any questions that I have, even when I call they already have all my information on screen and call me by my first name, a real amazing touch! I've been with HostGator since 2013, and I've been on the account called Baby Gator. I've got a total of 15 websites that are hosted on it, and their support has just been superb. I suffered from downtime with them a few times, but nothing serious. I also learned how to use the auto-installer feature to install WordPress, which makes my life a lot simpler these days. I would highly recommend HostGator for any WordPress website.
They offered suggestions that helped me resolve the issue. My brain was totally stuck on this pending issue, and they got it fixed in several mins. Thank you so much for your hard work.
Wonderful Service. A+. I have received an email to verify the contact information and registration on my domain name. I was helped by David on their live chat service, he guided me to the correct location and I was able to update everything without any troubles.
The uptime of 99.99% is really accurate; according to Pingdom. I've not seen a web hosting provider that is better than Arvixe as yet. Having developed over 30 websites, I'm always keen to have a web hosting provider that isn't only stable... but is also reliable... in support, uptime, and most importantly in performance metrics. Arvixe has completed all these metrics for me and ticked all the boxes. I couldn't be happier.
iPage is very affordable and very reasonably priced. They reply to me normally within 15 mins of any question that I sent. Their support group recently updated to PHP7 and they had an outage for 5 mins only... but we were notified in advance, like weeks in advance. Really happy with them so far.
