When I sign-up for web hosting hub, for some reason I didn't get my login information initially. So I called and spoke with an engineer called David. After speaking with him for a few mins, he recognized the problem and quickly sent me the login information, I was uploading my website within mins thereafter.
I've been with this web hosting company for about 4 years now. My website has never been down or offline, not even once. Customer service has always been prompt and forthwith with me. I recently switched more websites to them and they were helping me migrate them all under one account fairly recently. This company is highly recommendable in my eyes for anyone looking for a secure, reliable and dependable service.
Uptime, SiteBuilder, Free Domain, $1.99/mo, 30 day money back guarantee, and the list goes on. What else could you possibly want to get things to move forward and getting yourself established online? For me, its more than enough for them to provide me with all those services to get going online. I've not told you the best, they give you $200 in marketing credits!!!!!! Love iPage!
For the most part I have enjoyed my hosting with Greengeeks UNTLI I had to cancel my service. When I brought up an issue, person from green geeks was brewed in a crush with me by email. Instead of acknowledging my problem he just copied and pasted parts of the service agreement. It's not that what he said wasn't true, it's that he was so aggressive in the way he handled the matter. There will be no compromise about a refund infieles. Because of this experience I would not recommend green geeks as my first choice.
They offered suggestions that helped me resolve the issue. My brain was totally stuck on this pending issue, and they got it fixed in several mins. Thank you so much for your hard work.

I have been a customer of WHP since 2009; I've rarely experienced any major errors or problems with the actual service. They seemed ok in all everything they did; but then came a sudden migration, everything needed to be moved to other platform, but since I lost interest in this site, I didn't do much else.. when I came back after their migration, my website was so messed up, that I couldn't believe my eyes!

Simply put, they have the best customer service that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. While we don't have our productional site live with SiteGround, their support has been spectacular; they have been solid, honest and very reliable. Quite impressed with their level of service and their customer service politeness, helpfulness, and dedication. Really quite impressed.
