I have been with Inmotion for 5 years now and have not had any problems. There is always plenty of help available for me when I need it and while I've tried cheaper web hosting companies there is simply no comparison. They are friendly, dedicated and reliable.
Everything has been like advertised. I am completely satisfied with their sales and support departments. Response time has been really spectacular and the full access to the server has made things simpler. The price are very reasonable too!
Uptime, SiteBuilder, Free Domain, $1.99/mo, 30 day money back guarantee, and the list goes on. What else could you possibly want to get things to move forward and getting yourself established online? For me, its more than enough for them to provide me with all those services to get going online. I've not told you the best, they give you $200 in marketing credits!!!!!! Love iPage!
Really didn't take me too long to dump them; why? I purchased a dedicated server form them and trying for hours to install cPanel. When it gets to 85% it got a fatal error; so I called customer support. They came back and were extremely rude... So finally, I found out that they don't offer ROOT access on a dedicated server!
Dear Inmotion Hosting; actually, a 5 star rating doesnt' give you enough credit for all the assistance that you've given me over the years. The great customer service, reliable hosting and uptime has kept me with you for years... and I plan on continuing for many years to come!
Features, knowledgeable, support, auto installer, and incredible phone support is the reason why I chose inmotionhosting; since my time with them, I've only seen my site offline a couple of times, but that was because of a planned maintainance window that they had notified us about weeks in advance.
Since I've been an A2 customer, Ive had nothing but a phenomenal experience with them. Their support is quick, smart, and really helpful. So they make up for my faults of not understanding everything, and their constantly vigilant and provide you with support and suggestions for updates to keep your site updated and always running at tip top performance.
Excellent source, I was able to get my Google Apps up and running within a matter of mins. The support was amazing; very polite, very keen and more than willing to help and assist. The responses I got from there were within a couple of hours of submitting a support ticket... and they were to tell me my questions have been resolved.
Having a dedicated server with any web hoster means you need to know what your doing and how it works. I've been with many many many web hosting providers, some say you have a dedicated account, while in others you really do. In Motion Hosting is the latter; you have a box and it functions in anyway you want it to. As such; I have total root access, I don't need to share my hardware, and for my web business and gaming environment, I can't ask for a less expensive solution to everything.
I always have an excellent response time with their customer service. To date, I've not had any outages with them. When there is some potential changes or adjustments to be made within their network, they always send out a notification weeks or months in advance. I'm really h happy that they do that, as I can really schedule that around my site and try to make sure that AdWords or something else isn't on.
I originally contracted InterServer for setting up a WordPress service for me and getting an online shop done and dusted. Well, turned into a nightmare of we didn't promise that, we don't know how to do this... we can install WordPress but WooCommerce we don't customize, lots and lots of different things. So finally I just gave up and asked for a refund; the refund came thankfully.
They have VERY POOR support, just pain Jane horrible support. You need to wait for about 48 hours to be able to get a decent reply.. even when you do get a reply... sometimes its like what does this mean? SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME and choose a different web hosting provider. I understand that they maybe the cheapest, but you have to be a server or network administrator to work the plans most of the time. Even then, there aren't any guarantees.
