I want to start off by saying that you would probably be hard pushed to find a better service at the price. These guys really know whats going on, no matter what these guys are on top of everything. I don't have a single bad thing to say about them; two thumbs up.

I have never experienced in my life so far a web hosting provider that is so reliable 24 / 7 no matter what time the wait time is like 2 mins on the phone and instant response on live chat. Its truly an amazing, their live chat is brilliant, and as if that wasn't enough... the resources you get when you sign up really makes it worth while, it explains everything!!!!!

I use many web hosting providers, InterServer isn't the only one. However, I can say that InterServer is by far the best when it comes to value for money. They have a great balance between professional support and also excellent service.

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you to Web Hosting Hub for the excellent server I've had with them for the past 4 years. Unfortunately, due to a change in business, I'll be cancelling my exceptional service with them... but fir anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional web hosting company. They don't seem to operate a ticketing system, so you can't get an ID for your inquiry, which makes life a little complicated. I don't know how to cancel my contract... and even if I did... I wouldn't know what the next steps are in moving forward with them.

Anyways; Im seriously considering moving from them, because they are just impossible to deal with. They are complicated and cumbersome.

I originally signed up with them thinking that I was going to be able to install VBulletin on my web hosting account and I was going to get the license cut up into monthly payments... as their landing page said so... No.1 VBulletin Provider, but it turned out that that wasn't the case.. so I felt a little cheated and hurt from their mis-marketing. So I wasn't overwhelmingly happy about the situation in general. I ended up keeping my account, but I wasn't thrilled.

I always wanted more control over my web hosting and because of that I decided to switch web hosting providers. I finally came across WebHostingHub.com and got what I wished for. The customer support is really fast and for me extremely knowledgeable. They always help me fix my problems and answer my questions almost immediately. Really a great web host.

I've been extremely satisfied with A Small Orange, they are a superb company, their support has been excellent. There has been no outages or downtimes. Super happy with their service. Whenever I have a problem, they help me out, so I know I'll never be stuck! Solid, Reliable and even pays you to refer family and friends. Really worth it.

Having a long history with BlueHost and im coming to the defense of them, as they have been getting some heat for nothing (as far as I can tell). Everyone seems to be complaining about getting hammered with CPU limits, but their CPU limit isn't impacting me... or any of my web hosting customers websites. Why? because too many people have sites that are too big and fat for a shared hosting account. So what they try to do is, shove and complain, hoping that they will get something for free... instead of upgrading to a VPS.

Their customer service is super unhelpful; they seem not to be able to fix the most basic of issues such as uptime and email uptime... it seems like their mail server keeps crashing or something else is happening, as the email keeps getting stuck. When you call them up, they seem to grasp the issue, but they don't do anything to fix it.. which is quite frustrating itself, since thats one of the most important things to me... getting through to customer service and getting the issues solved.

I really enjoy learning about web servers and web related things. However, I have enjoyed setting up the entire server as well. However, I must admit I didn't realize how complicated it would be, until I started. However, I then started to learn more about the features options and such... anyways. Without the kind and dedicated support at web hosting hub, I wouldn't have been able to finish. There is so much they helped me with, they really did help me get up and running.

I couldn't be happier with them after one year of service. I couldn't have switched web hosting providers on them, they are so good. The support is quick and responsive; and most importantly their fairly priced, which for me, its a huge factor.
