I originally signed up with HOSTGATOR 3 years ago. When I first started with them, I was over the moon with the level of service and speed of their servers. As the years progressed, their service became subpar climaxing at being offline for 4 days. STAY AWAY

I have been with In Motion Hosting for years now and their support has never let me down.

Their support and service has always never failed to impress. I think it has terrific value. Thankfully, I'm able to run my web business without any real problems of outages and I feel confident that things are actually moving positively... even their statistics seem accurate (compared to my previous host).

I have almost a dozen websites that I've built over the years and they were all at different web hosting companies. I decided the other week to consolidate all of the websites that I had. So I started looking around for a web hosting provider that would suit my needs. As such, I came across Web Hosting Hub and after reading a bunch of reviews and checking them out (kicking the tires if you will) I decided to choose them. As such, I wasn't expecting the experience to be so seamless and inexpensive. They really moved all my websites quickly and for free!

Been using FatCow for about four years now for my costuming groups website, and I have always had A+ service and reasonable response times. Even on weekends, which is a bit longer on the reply times, but overall they are still pretty snappy!

I've got approximately 22 websites currently hosted with BlueHost. They are all of customers of mine and spread out through their network. As such, I'm able to get customers to pay for their own web hosting accounts, but also keep an eye on performance on different servers and IP ranges. To date, they have not created any magic, their stable, up, and not seen any outages across their network for at least 90 days and counting. Really impressed with their service and ability.

I have been a customer with Arivxe for about 2 years now. Excellent rates and really fast customer service. One of my pillar requirements for a web hosting provider was that they were a LAMP provider, the second that they had amazing customer service or as close to amazing customer service as possible. What I got was a company willing to transfer the entire website, domain name, and help me. I really couldn't expect more from a web hosting provider. I can assure you that If I've spent this much time with them, they are a web hosting company that is worth every penny.

I used to be hosted with Godady; I had endless problems with them. When I shifted my hosting server to inter server, I didn't only get rid of all the problems that I faced, I also 1/2ed my hosting bill. Their support is so friendly and helpful that I can't say anything about them.

We purchased a small VPS with 1&1 and have kept it for about two years. We are very happy to actually leave this web hosting provider due to the lack of features and functionality. For example, if we want to restart the VPS, there is no way of doing that. You basically have to call them to reboot it. Like really basic, really annoying.

Finding a reliable web hosting company is hard, its always a struggle between price, performance and reliability. Sometimes, what you want is too expensive. However, other times, it just works. I love those moments... when something just works. What I can tell you about their support is that their support just works. There is no ifs or buts, or something random; it just works. They make life simpler for me and that's why I keep working with them year in and year out. I wouldn't change them.

BlueHost has been solid for me for a long time. Virtually no downtime, excellent performance, and lightening speeds. What defines a web hosting company is just that; its speed, technical support and service levels. So far, BlueHost has been nothing but spectacular in all of those key areas.

The rising star between the clouds; BlueHost. They have helped me transition between services they offer with ease and speed. I was always scared of web hosting companies and the fact that they can ruin your dreams, but lately... they have made switching so easy that I'm mega happy.

I came to inmotionhosting about 4 years ago now; I was using their free templates for my site for some days previous to moving... unfortunately for me... my old web host got hacked and I lost all my data. Deciding to never go through something like this; I started with them and was quite impressed with the level of service they provide. Im also thinking of taking on their extra services of anti-spam and malware monitoring... just in case something isn't 100% right.
