They offer amazing customer service at a very unique price point not even starting to mention their customer support team, which is beyond reproach in my opinion. Very reliable and very friendly service. Kudos to them for everything that they have done for me and are doing in general for customers like myself everyday!

Although we don't have any major services running in production as yet, we've been hosted with InterServer for quite sometime. I find that their directness, professionalism and support has been a real life saver over the years. I give them 6 stars if possible for their customer centric approach and forward thinking.

I had tried to setup online and ran into some small but tricky issues that I needed phone assistance with. When I called, I got to speak with Peter and he was very helpful. He answer all my questions and replied to technical answers. He even applied a discount that we could have used but didn't.

I was first attracted to A small orange by the very well coded themes that they had going and also by the recommendation of fellow web hosting masters in the forums. The couple of support tickets that I posed were answered probably within 15/20 mins. The range of services and plans that they offer is simply staggering and all of them Im sure fair up as well as mine. I had a small problem with my email service, with that I was able to get the issue resolved by a simple support ticket... all this kinda stuff matters to me... without it... you can't do anything. Unlimited email addresses, disk space, etc... all that matters and helps!

The service is excellent, never fails, never falters, and literally has no limitations. I consider myself I dare say... completely out of the danger zone. The care from their support professionals is both excellent on all the communication mediums; phone, chat, email. I recommend you give them a try, even if its for a month.

I recently had some problems with my web hosting account; I found a very good support team was there to greet me in my time of need. Their help, allowed me to deliver my project on time... as I was sweating bullets about it being delayed... as I have to pay a penalty if I was late and this script just wouldn't work... as it did in the test environment.

Support on steroids. The support team is one of the best that I've seen in the industry. They have literally managed to get a problem I was facing all day solved in like 10 mins. Their ticketing system provided me a constant idea as to what was happening within their environment and who the ticket was assigned to and when they were supposed to reply. While they are not cheap, their support is outstanding!

Absolutely, well amazing. Their support provides clear answers to any of my questions, instead of cryptic ones that I used to get from my previous host. Their speed is also something worth recognizing; like its mega fast, there is no delays, its just you type in the address in the browser, and bam the site loads, it wasn't like that at my old host. They really load lighting fast. Definitely can and am recommending you using SiteGround as your web host, as they are my most favorite one!

I was with BlueHost for quite sometime, that's until my web hosting account got hacked and some random PHP file was thrown all over the directories. I spoke with their support, they made some changes, cleaned up my site and put some extra security policies in place via the htaccess file. Since then, I've never had any issues with them. Unfortunately, a short period after they did this, I had to close my account with them, due to not having enough money to renew my hosting account. However, I'll be back next time!

I really love HostPapa, not because they are the BEST web hosting provider, but because they have the BEST support. Their support is amazing, and the stability is excellent. The price not so much, but the rest of the services that they offer is impressive and I really enjoy being a customer of theirs.
