I hate it. It's slow, the interface sucks and difficult to use. The site takes longer to refresh than it would on my computer at home. I don't know what's going on with them... endless problems. In fact, I'm planning on moving my website right now.
I've been with HostPapa for a few years now and without any problems. Each time I've asked for support they have replied with understandable english and very promptly. I would recommend them to everyone. I just hope that they don't increase their prices or sell out to a profiteer like most of the other web hosting companies have done!
I have worked with tons of different web hosting providers; none of them are able to compare with SiteGround. I'm constantly impressed with their performance, and stability. The sheer volume of work that has been poured into this business, to make SiteGround what it is today... its just staggering. Beacon of light in the web hosting world, please keep on keeping on.
When I first started with BlueHost, I started with one domain about 7 years ago, now I operate a network of 50 websites, all of which are hosted on one account with BlueHost. I don't know of any other web hosting provider that would have a shared hosting account with on average of 2 million hits per month. So the fact that they can host so many domains under one account, provide excellent uptime, and give me a price that's slightly above $100 per year, I can't honestly say that their not amazing!
I've been with several web hosting providers, but none of them have been as stable and reliable as InterServer. InterServer has provided me with not only stability, but also with a sense of comfort. Their dedicated support team has helped me countless times with problems I've faced. They really have saved my bacon several times. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider with a good uptime record.
I originally signed up with ASO around mid 2006. The downtimes that we/I felt were minimal and the support was actually pretty decent. That lasted a few months, then the service started to go downhill pretty quickly there after. I was about to start moving over 72 web hosting clients that I had hosted, but then decided quickly against them. They have been sorta flaky ever since. However, in the last year or so, they did improve when the management changed. So in so many words, glad that the management changed.
So far everything has been great with them. I've been hosted with them for over six months now and Im quite satisfied with their service and attention to detail.
Customer service and billing seem to work hand in hand, they can handle almost any of the problems you may have. For example, I needed an IP address and literally it took 2 mins to get it added and billed. I was really happy. I was with Dotster previous and the support just is like on another planet. I am constantly impressed with the level of support I get from the support team. So all that for that few bucks a month, its quite worth it. So take it from me, go join them and save yourself the headaches you don't want or need.
Im quite happy with the easy-to-use online platform that they offer where you can build your own website. Its got like seriously powerful drag and drop tools and also can customize the templates and everything. Not to mention that their hosting plan for like $3.00/mo comes with a free domain name. Am really happy and am really stoked about getting this plan.
intermittent outages lasting up to 10 mins is what I've experienced; when you have to deal with that kinda issues it really makes life hard to manage. However, I've been working and trying to find another web hosting provider; so as soon as this web hosting account comes due I'm out. That's my view point on the entire thing.
I know I can count of the A2 support team, not because I think I'm their unique customer, but because their service is backed up by professionals. A2 hosting, they are available 24/7/365 no matter whats going on. For example, when they were going through a complicated server transition, their support engineers were available and on call yo answer any questions that you had while the service wasn't fully available
I was very happy that they detected that I was paying from a UK registered credit card, while I was on a business trip to China. I guess they saw the IP and the hosting account got flagged for review. Literally of placing the order, I got a call within 5 mins. Really wishing other web hosts did the same rather than accepting everything that comes.
