The customer service has always been amazing and nothing short of extemporary. They have always responded to my questions and issues very quickly and take the time to explain how to resolve the problems. They are always keeping us updated on any changes or updates that are happening. So that's a positive sign, that they are taking things seriously.

1&1 is amazing, they have a stable network, uptime is fantastic and the service is really rock solid. Never had any problems with the site loading nor have I had any issues with downtime or internal error messages.

Support has always been terrific with me, everytime I call they k now how to solve the problems and address the the issues there and then. There was only one time I remember that they had to create a ticket and escalate it to L3 support, which actually got back to me within 20 mins! So well chuffed!

The pricing is very reasonable and the support is fast and reliable. The wase of use when it comes to controlling your own content and website is wonderful. Whether your a beginner or professional webmaster iPage is definitely worth a glance over. They are pretty decent!!

Loved their transfer process, their transfer process was incredible and fast. From the time I signed up, paid, and got the welcome (activation) email, I think that no more than 30 mins had passed. Then after that, It literally look about 15 mins to get my ENTIRE WEBSITE transferred over to WHP. 30 mins! That's crazy, I couldn't even go to the local grocery store that fast! I think their a solid company. Thanks gals/guys.

Ive been a reseller of ARVIXE for at least 9 years, and since then they have been having an amazing support team. Yes, sometimes they had outages, moving servers, locations, etc... but they are incredibly reliable typically these days. This web hosting provider will provide you with excellent uptime, excellent customer service, and also actually give you what they say on the site... so if they say 10gb you will get 10GB. There is no funny business with them. Live Chat really responds super fast... literally sometimes within seconds, and certainly within mins.

I used SiteGround for many many years, I only had to stop using them, when I switched out to another web hosting provider; because the project that I was dedicated to was discontinued. However, it's no worries, I'll be back again to SiteGround. Thank you from a loyal customer for being who you are.

Short and concise; In Motion Hosting is the best and I dislike the rest. Firstly, when I bought a hosting service, it was ready almost instantly, I uploaded my website in mins and the site was live... I've only had them online for about 6 months... but I opened 5 or more tickets (for all kinda issues...). I've always been treated with mins reply and never had issues left over from previously. I get everything answer on quickly and the case closed.

My site recently reached its bandwidth allocation/limit, which brought all my sites offline for all the users and myself included. I emailed the support guys asking them to increase my limit, and within several mins the site was resolved again and everything was back up and running. I was really happy to see the visitors were back on my website! Great hosting provider.

Its easy to tell you how amazing ASmallOrange is, its hard to tell you how they suck. So I will try to tell you how they suck, that way you'll know the very worst... and you'll know that they are a excellent choice for you. ASO has from time to time problems with getting blacklisted which means that their emails are getting bounced via the SPAMHAUS.. IP shortage from time to time; so they can't give you dedicated IP addresses. Apart from that, they don't have any problems!
