It wasn't always easy to get a hold of customer service back in the days, its gotten a lot simpler now, but previously, it was patchy at best. Having said that, 7 years have actually passed since that has happened. Thanks SiteGround for improving to our current state, you really have a loyal customer for life. Love the service, love the support and can't do without the uptime you provide!

I've hosted all my web hosting sites with HG. I've used HG for over two years now. I've never faced any issues with downtime so far. Their support is always the best, and answers quickly. Having support over live chat, is also an amazing thing. All my problems when Im able to chat to a support engineer, typically get solved in a matter of mins.

Since I've been an A2 customer, Ive had nothing but a phenomenal experience with them. Their support is quick, smart, and really helpful. So they make up for my faults of not understanding everything, and their constantly vigilant and provide you with support and suggestions for updates to keep your site updated and always running at tip top performance.

This company is really fantastic in my opinion and I have been with them for sometime. Mostly because of the server loading speeds and their PHP7 configuration. If a problem does arise, like it happened once, they got on it in a hurry and it was resolved in less than 15 mins. Quick and fast is what I can say about them.

My signup with them was really smooth, the staff have bene excellent, they knew exactly what to do, how to move the site, how to get the domain name organized. Highly recommend them.

Performance & Latency - HostPapa has it all under control and at your disposal; just give the server your command and you'll see how quickly its fulfilled. I've waited for a very long time to find a web hosting company that's able to deliver such speed and low latency! Finders keepers and losers weepers comes to mind!

When your site becomes like seriously pop, then you might run into headaches with these guys (unless you upgrade)... cause even sometimes you find that the site is a bit restrictive... it loads like gangster, but... umm... ok... yea... not always... thats the only thing that I was relatively unhappy about. However, now, we're good; solid.

Their online store platform doesn't support Google Checkout, making life a bit more complicated than it should be... but bearable. However, if you've not made your web hosting choice as yet... perhaps you should reconsider your position and look for another web hosting provider.
