Customer support agent Daniel was amazingly helpful. Although he's from a support person, he was able to assist me in resolving a billing issue... since customers seem blocked from starting support tickets unless they have an active or current hosting account.

Got moved to SiteGround 2 - 3 years ago; from the very initial time I spoke with their support, they were outstanding. A Small Orange is probably the best hosting provider that I've used since switching from HostGator. The only reason why I left HostGator was because they totally refused to be a professional shop. They deleted all my data and said that It was my fault for them being unable to do something normal. I don't really know what to say. However, ASmallOrange.com helped me get my new website setup and whatever data I had left uploaded to the website. Its finally fully online.
Live Chat, that's the method I really prefer to get my support, as I live in Italy, its hard otherwise cause of the prices. Their support has many options and Im happy they have so many how-to's. Good company, the web hosting plan that they offer is very good priced too, so lets see how continues. I've been with them for over 6 months.

I've had tried to sync my home directory with my ftp client and instead it deleted all my directories (including the sub ones too!). I got in contact with support; they got all my stuff restored (at no extra charge) and solved the inital problem and they did it super fast. wicked big smile on my face!!!!!!!
