Customer support agent Daniel was amazingly helpful. Although he's from a support person, he was able to assist me in resolving a billing issue... since customers seem blocked from starting support tickets unless they have an active or current hosting account.

A Small Orange is probably the best hosting provider that I've used since switching from HostGator. The only reason why I left HostGator was because they totally refused to be a professional shop. I've had tried to sync my home directory with my ftp client and instead it deleted all my directories (including the sub ones too!). I got in contact with support; they got all my stuff restored (at no extra charge) and solved the inital problem and they did it super fast. wicked big smile on my face!!!!!!!
