Just super. Excellent service and reliability. Would have really needed their Joomla expertise before, but still am happy that I found them they are a real help for me. I have no qualms with them; really hassle free and there 24/7; you can't beat that for several bucks a month.

This company has literally the best customer service ever. I've got fairly extensive customer service experience with different web hosting providers. I honestly believe that the customer service that is provided at FatCow is amongst the highest and most professional within the web hosting industry.

I've given them about 2 years worth of tire kicking and testing. They seem to quite satisfy; very happy of them. They allow you to change everything on the VPS environment, meaning you can enjoy building a custom config if you'd like. Really a great service.

They are by far the best web hosting company that I've dealt with by far. Their customer service lives up to their polished name. They respond quickly, they have never had downtime, and they are probably on par with every other web hosting company in existence.

InMotionHosting really does an amazing job of providing a grand service; I have been with quite a few web hosts over the years, and none seem to have the bredth of services and features that I've found with inmotionhosting. Another thing is really great is the uptime, their uptime seems to be the main selling point. I found them never to be offline... and I've been with them for 3+ years so far.

Since joining In Motion over 5 years ago, I've not seen any problems or major issues with outages, IP addresses being listed or anything else. Even when the problem doesn't lay with In Motion themselves they always try to find a solution to make life simpler... such as using SMTP port 26 rather than 25, as its blocked by US providers (ISP). They seem to have things under control and actually want to help.

I've been with green geeks are a number of years. My experiences have been very great. They were card to make sure everything is running properly. They reply rapidly on all inquiries. I am very glad I chose this service and will continue to use them.

Quite pleasantly surprised with the prompt, accurate, and amazing support levels that we've received from WebHostingPad. Any issues that I send over to them, I seem to get resolved instantly or there about. I value their work and I also value my time, so I expect them not to waste mine, but I also expect to pay something decent.

I recently had some problems with my web hosting account; I found a very good support team was there to greet me in my time of need. Their help, allowed me to deliver my project on time... as I was sweating bullets about it being delayed... as I have to pay a penalty if I was late and this script just wouldn't work... as it did in the test environment.

After being with them for two years, I can say that their FTP upload speeds are a little slower than other providers like HostGator, but they do have excellent support resources that allow you to enable a multiple upload session, which means your FTP will upload 8 files at a time rather than one at a time. Which normally speeds up the process a lot! Speak with their customer support about that, and Im sure they would be glad to explain how that works.

I couldn't be happier with them after one year of service. I couldn't have switched web hosting providers on them, they are so good. The support is quick and responsive; and most importantly their fairly priced, which for me, its a huge factor.

My site is entirely b based on DotNetNuke project; as such, I've been updating some MySQL database tables, when I found that I accidentally removed the MD5checksum table, which totally messed up the site. So panicking I got in contact with the In Motion team; they told me everything is going to be ok and that they had some backups from the previous night. I managed to get them to restore the backups, and an hour later, the site was working as per normal again!
