Their service is really the best I've ever seen in the shared hosting world. Other services have a lot to learn from this company.

WOW - I've been with inmotionhosting for about a decade (10) - and their support team and their tecccchhhsss are really amazing. I went to for live support today; I was told that I was like 20th in the queue and like literally 3 seconds later, I was transferred to support. Love you guys!!

Loved their transfer process, their transfer process was incredible and fast. From the time I signed up, paid, and got the welcome (activation) email, I think that no more than 30 mins had passed. Then after that, It literally look about 15 mins to get my ENTIRE WEBSITE transferred over to WHP. 30 mins! That's crazy, I couldn't even go to the local grocery store that fast! I think their a solid company. Thanks gals/guys.

These guys really have been a fantastic group. They have helped move my VPS hosting account from GoDaddy to their services. Cause of the difference between Godaddy and InMotion Hosting, it had to be moved manually. Which took a bit of time, but we got it done fairly quickly for all intense and purposes. While my site isn't big, there was a lot of fiddling around to get it all moved correctly though.

I've been using new service for a little over year. There haven't been any glitches or outages yet. They were a little slow and support chat this morning getting my SSL certificate loaded and it was easy and super helpful team. The prices of their service is great as well. I strongly recommend them to anyone I come across who needs this service.

Typically a web hosting provider cares about their web hosting customers, but since they switch happened from Brent to EIG the entire thing just went pear shaped. My old HostGator was perfect and always kept things online and working... and there was literally no delays and etc. Nowadays; its been all like up and down, for example, at the moment. The site has been down for hours.

Excellent service, every month, I notice something changing within my cPanel, either its some new icon or some new service, seems that they are always working on improving our experience. I've been with them for 2+ years now, but always their service seems to be getting something new, like last month, I found that I suddenly had access to a fantastic new backup service, and the month before that I found I could use the website builder to make websites for my family rather than having to code them manually. Love the experience!

Tip: If your looking at cancelling; I would suggest that you that you put it up in writing rather than trying to call them. If you call; you will be asking for your service not to be cancelled. So cancel your web hosting account via written email.

From my point of view; BlueHost has the best of everything; latest software, no downtime, fast loading servers, and lightening fast support. Reliability has been one of their best traits, they are also great for; greeners and dreamers.. as they have amazing tech support that can solve and answer any questions.

Had some troubles with getting the so called user assigned to the database as I've never done it before. So I got in contact with Hub, they did that for me and literally helped me get my script installed for me... wasn't even a script that belonged to them!

The support is stellar, they basically rebuilt my WordPress blog for me from the database, as my old hosting company was refusing to let me download the MYSQL dump. These guys deserve a medal or something for all their hard work and dedication.
