I've been using multiple accounts on WebHostingPad, I have some light duty websites with them, nothing overly heavy. However, many times I face a problem of not being able to access the website when I got to my website. This happens for customers of mine as well. Makes my business look quite bad and also that I'm looked like a fool. I have lost many sales because of this problem. So I spoke with customer service and they are trying to find a solution, but this is the 5th week and nothing has been done.

I had a small issue after payment for a service online, my payment went through, but my website wouldn't load. After trying the common things that I knew how to do with no luck, I emailed their customer support. What do you know? the next time I check the site, the problem is fixed and I have an email confirming the resolution! Impressive service!!!

I'm really happy with the web hosting support that they provide. They really provide me with volumes of assistance in getting things migrated, setup, checked and set live. Not to mention they give me $200 in advertising, which gives me all the opportunities to move my business forward.

Not a terrible hosting company, but certainly not one of the best either. The company is slightly more expensive than normal web hosting providers, things that annoy me are; there is no FTP access, only sFTP access. There is no ASP support (normally can be provided via apache), there is extensive domain renewals.. so go figure who you want to host with.

I couldn't be happier with them after one year of service. I couldn't have switched web hosting providers on them, they are so good. The support is quick and responsive; and most importantly their fairly priced, which for me, its a huge factor.

The speed of which they get back to you, has been very important for me. They are really fast and things get resolved quickly. Sometimes, In 5 mins or less, you'll get an answer to the problems your facing.

I was trying to remove my hosted account from their addon domains section, so the server kept saying that I wasn't allowed to or something like that. Getting all frustrated, I called their tech support and after going round and round with them.... finally, I got some help to get it removed. However, the issue didn't stop there, it continued, then they kept saying, since the domain name isn't on our server, its not our problem... but no one bothered to tell me that the domain name was pointing to them via their own registrar... and where that could be updated. Anyways, it all ended up getting resolved, but it was a hassle to say the least.

They have a great relationship between cost and service. When I had some problems, I always received good and fast support. There were no ifs or buts, just reliable and honest support. I also have to comment on the extras, which are plentiful and provide me with a sense of comfort.

When it comes to performance, its hard to find a professional web hosting provider. Normally, your always stuck with finding some web hosting provider that has slow loading speeds or is so packed… That you can't even get anything to load. However, my experience with WebHostingPad has been nothing but excellent.
My excellent experience has been based upon 24 months of service with them and also the support and uptime they have given me. The uptime they have given me was incredible. Love them and will continue to not only recommend them, but also to suggest improvements!

I have been a customer of WHP since 2009; I've rarely experienced any major errors or problems with the actual service. They seemed ok in all everything they did; but then came a sudden migration, everything needed to be moved to other platform, but since I lost interest in this site, I didn't do much else.. when I came back after their migration, my website was so messed up, that I couldn't believe my eyes!

After another amazing major crash, I decided to move my website to another web hosting provider. When the server crashes we're offline for numerous hours; although I have a low traffic site, its annoying when the website is offline... especially when your paying for it. They can be problematic when it comes to transferring your domain as it takes 120 days for the domain name to be released from them!
