They are nice, their hosting is nice, their server specs are nice, their support is nice, overall they are just a nice well rounded company. They make you happy with their abilities and their uptime is pretty sweet too... never had an outage on my site with them.

I bought a web hosting account form WHP, it functioned like a charm. The site worked and worked... however, a few months into the amazing charmed web hosting, the server started to load slower and slower and have downtime. That was very frustrating and annoying. So I decided to switch to another web hosting provider. My advice is keep away from this web hosting provider.

I have tried at least 4 other web hosting companies before settling with WebHostingPad. Im super satisfied with them as there is nothing but amazing support and uptime with them. They have been really easy to use and hassle free... the site just works, I don't have to be constantly stressing over when/where did my site go.

I've been a WHP'er for about 9 years now, and I can fairly say that they are great. Anytime I have a question or need something answered, I go to their support section and drop in a support ticket. With that, they have everything they need to assist me, and they go get things done in less than 10 mins (typically). Their price is hard to beat or even match!

WHP has been a very good hosting provider, I've been with them for several years now, and their easy of use and superior customer service has really been stellar. They have made work easy and helped me move over my website and organized everything needed. Their uptime is excellent too, I've not seen an outage so far, also haven't had any major service impacting issues, just one that I can remember on the email front.

They offer amazing customer service at a very unique price point not even starting to mention their customer support team, which is beyond reproach in my opinion. Very reliable and very friendly service. Kudos to them for everything that they have done for me and are doing in general for customers like myself everyday!

Over the past seven years I've been using WebHostingPad, in this time I've also used HostGator, Enom, Godaddy and others. As such, I've only referred customers over to WebHostingPad. Not because of their affiliate prom or fees, but because of their support, which is bullshit free and really superb. I like knowing that no matter what I mess up, WebHostingPad is there to help me fix it. They have an amazing uptime record; really solid.

They are more or less, you have to be careful. Cons; they have a really paranoid security system that just banns IPs at what seems random times and places for supposedly suspicious activity. That was normal at the other web hosting account, but I didn't think it would plague me here too. When you delete a cron job, it still may run, so if you get banned for running a cron job, you might get that again too. Their system messes with cron jobs, which impacts services sometimes, if its not within their cronjob policy frame. So overall, there is a lot of stuff that you should be careful with them about, but overall they are stable...

Quite pleasantly surprised with the prompt, accurate, and amazing support levels that we've received from WebHostingPad. Any issues that I send over to them, I seem to get resolved instantly or there about. I value their work and I also value my time, so I expect them not to waste mine, but I also expect to pay something decent.

There was a point that I got an Error 500, which wasn't helpful at all. I was unable to access my website and I was without a website for hours, after getting out oran meeting, I ran immediately to call WHP and see whats going on. Thankfully, they were able to resolve the problem within 20 mins. To this day, I still don't know what happened or why.

When it comes to performance, its hard to find a professional web hosting provider. Normally, your always stuck with finding some web hosting provider that has slow loading speeds or is so packed… That you can't even get anything to load. However, my experience with WebHostingPad has been nothing but excellent.
My excellent experience has been based upon 24 months of service with them and also the support and uptime they have given me. The uptime they have given me was incredible. Love them and will continue to not only recommend them, but also to suggest improvements!
