I've been hosting with WebHostingHub for about 5 years now, but I've only had to use the phone support a couple of times... typically I always get a friendly US voice on the other end of the line, who is always more than eager to assist me in resolving my matters. This time I called about the Apache configuration that I had on my dedicated server and how I was able to update it. Am really satisfied with them.

Really amazing value for money, they have a superb hosting plan, and their migration service is quite fantastic, its really easy, just fill out a couple of forms and boom, your site gets transferred and you have literally no stress. I used their transfer (migration service) about a year ago, and it went as smooth as olive oil. No stress or pains.

Support has been very helpful with all my questions and concerns, even to the point of solving some of the problems that I've faced over the course of several weeks.
