I was having problems pointing my addon domain to my web hosting hub, so I decided to call them directly. Finally after some coming back and forth, I managed to get the access to my domain name and they helped me get it pointed, so a couple of hours after that was all done I could see my addon domain. Yay! My old hosting provider gave the most problems... I was not impressed.

Really amazing value for money, they have a superb hosting plan, and their migration service is quite fantastic, its really easy, just fill out a couple of forms and boom, your site gets transferred and you have literally no stress. I used their transfer (migration service) about a year ago, and it went as smooth as olive oil. No stress or pains.

My wife called Web Hosting Hub the other day and was met with helpful and polite support engineers. Her issue was around how to publish using the latest version of publisher. They not only got the issue resolved, but they even created a knowledgeable article on how to do it in the future if she gets stuck again.

One of my main concerns about WebHostingHub was if I would be able to have SSH access to the website or not, and since I need SSH access... it makes my life a lot simpler. If I didn't have SSH access, I would have to spend hours running a script manually rather than having it automatically run via SSH. So for me that was really important.
