Without WebHostingHub, I'm not sure if I would even have a business. Their online customer service is unsurpassable. Their support team is all based within the US so, I just pick up my phone and call them and the problem gets resolved there and then, that's what I really admire.

I was having problems pointing my addon domain to my web hosting hub, so I decided to call them directly. Finally after some coming back and forth, I managed to get the access to my domain name and they helped me get it pointed, so a couple of hours after that was all done I could see my addon domain. Yay! My old hosting provider gave the most problems... I was not impressed.

So I got a process down cold with WebHostingHub. As soon as I'm really ready to move a customer, I go on their website and signup for a new hosting plan. Once I have the hosting plan, I submit a ticket and ask them to transfer the website. They do it for free, and also its painless and swift. There literally is like no downtime. Awesome Host!

I have thousands of web radio users, but the issue is my old web hosting provider blocked the TCP port that I was previously using. This company is really fantastic in my opinion and I have been with them for sometime. Mostly because of the server loading speeds and their PHP7 configuration. If a problem does arise, like it happened once, they got on it in a hurry and it was resolved in less than 15 mins. Quick and fast is what I can say about them.

Im quite a mess; hadn't worked on my website in months; so when I came back to it... I couldn't remember the passwords or anything for that matter. Called support and they were able to assist me in getting the passwords changed, the account updated and FTP enabled again, as they had suspended the site pending an unauthorized login attempts (me, with the wrong password!). Was logged in quite quickly and easily; was well chuffed.

I was lockout out of my server by a mistake the other day, I called into WebHostingHub and I was surprised to have had the password reset literally within 4 mins. The problem was gone and I could access my website once again. Features and support of that kinda is really important to me, regardless of the price, I value support over price.

I have almost a dozen websites that I've built over the years and they were all at different web hosting companies. I decided the other week to consolidate all of the websites that I had. So I started looking around for a web hosting provider that would suit my needs.
