Live Chat, that's the method I really prefer to get my support, as I live in Italy, its hard otherwise cause of the prices. Their support has many options and Im happy they have so many how-to's. I've been hosting with WebHostingHub for about 5 years now, but I've only had to use the phone support a couple of times... typically I always get a friendly US voice on the other end of the line, who is always more than eager to assist me in resolving my matters. This time I called about the Apache configuration that I had on my dedicated server and how I was able to update it. Am really satisfied with them.

Support has been very helpful with all my questions and concerns, even to the point of solving some of the problems that I've faced over the course of several weeks. It was some sort of PHP bug that was making the logs in excess of 2GB. These guys really know what they are doing and have helped me a lot. Top stars go to them from me!

They deleted all my website data without consent. My entire business got destroyed with all the work that I put into it. I demand a full refund and my website to be restored immediately! This is certainly not a way to treat clients or their data!
