What a bloody mess; I didn't work my website in months, so when it came time to start working on it again, there was literally no login information, no FTP information, and I didn't even know where to login to cPanel. Thankfully, with a call to WebHostingHub, I was able to be back in the driving seat. I spoke with an engineer by the name of Trevor, who helped me obtain my login information and then assist and explained how I could access all the different services once again. I really enjoy learning about web servers and web related things. However, I have enjoyed setting up the entire server as well. However, I must admit I didn't realize how complicated it would be, until I started. However, I then started to learn more about the features options and such... anyways. Without the kind and dedicated support at web hosting hub, I wouldn't have been able to finish. There is so much they helped me with, they really did help me get up and running.

I was calling the other day because of the mod_rewrite rules that were not being applied on one of the cases on my website, but after speaking with Rich over at WebHostingHub, he got them activated on my site and everything worked as planned. Not sure why it wasn't enabled previously.

My wife has called customer service a number of times, and while she may not understand everything, she has certainly been assisted by the engineers in getting the problems resolved. They helped her public her website, and assisted her in making sure that she has a backup. I think overall, they spent like 4 hours on the phone going through everything. Its quite impressive; really happy about their patience and persistence.

This company is really fantastic in my opinion and I have been with them for sometime. Mostly because of the server loading speeds and their PHP7 configuration. If a problem does arise, like it happened once, they got on it in a hurry and it was resolved in less than 15 mins. Quick and fast is what I can say about them.

Had an SSH connection problem the other day. While it wasn't a big deal to get fixed, it was resolved relatively quickly. Turns out, that someone activated SSH on my web hosting account (from their support team) but billing didn't have it noted in their system, so they were automatically deactivating it with some sorta proves they run.
