Let me start by saying one thing and one thing only; support. That's the basis of any good web hosting company... if you have that, you have everything. That's why when it comes to SiteGround, I can personally assure you that they are both solid, reliable, and will be there.

Always well impressed with the speed and friendliness of their support team. While I don't use it often, when I do, they are sharp and on the ball. Their hosting packages really cover my needs from A-Z, so there is no need to look for anything else anywhere else.

I was a little apprehensive when choosing web hosting as it wasn't overly well known when I first signed up (at least not for me) as they didn't market like HostGator or Godaddy where I was hosted earlier. My opinion changed after experiencing their live chat customer service and their incredibly knowledgeable staff. I spoke with Olga initially and she helped me through the signup process and then I was transferred to Dimitry to help me get my site transferred, all this happened within 40 mins. After that, I've been with them for going strong with them for 4+ years now.

SiteGround Rocks! Their uptime and stability is like that of a major company like RackSpace or Softlayer. Like really really advanced and dedicated; I'm currently using them on several projects that I'm building. Love the dedication and support that I'm getting from them.

He was very patient with me and his responses were always well phrased and the entire process of getting me signed up, my site moved, my DNS changed to SwitchGround was easy, fast, and mega fun (I dare say?).

I can't even being to start stating how highly I rate SiteGround. From using their telephone service, live chat, email support, etc. SiteGround is one of the most amazing services, their support response time is literally under 5 mins for support tickets. Im 69, I do websites for fun and extra income, so when you get great service, I will keep them until I excel that needs a dedicated server.. if I get that big! A+ A+ in my world.

I moved my web hosting company to SiteGround a while ago because of the speed increases that I learned about and later I felt after signup. Its a fantastic service with superior support. Very flexible and extremely powerful; I'm very happy with them and how they operate. Definitely a provider worth considering if your shopping around.

I like was getting a terrible service from HostGator, after a couple of malware things got installed into my Joomla website. I tried to buy this so called SiteLock program, but their delay was so slow that I just gave up. So I went over and gave SiteGround a call, within literally several mins, the website was transferred over to the server. I've not looked back since, I normally don't write reviews etc, but now I wrote my first one.

SiteGround has an incredibly helpful and trained support team. I was assisted by a senior engineer called Ivan D. And he took a project that would have taken me like 4 hours to get done, and did it in like 30 mins to a complete solution. Great stuff, great job Ivan, thank you! A++ Rating from me.

I have been a web designer for approximately 15 years now, and have used only two hosting companies during this time I've seen both web hosts slide and even slide into the abyss; so I had to find another web hosting provider and that web hoster is SiteGround. They have been fantastic from their support, to their uptime, to the superior customer service, and it really is superior customer service, they have always updated scripts in their auto-installer, their apache installation is always with the latest version, and their disk speeds are really spectacular and fast. I have no thoughts in my mind that they can't provide an excellent service to any customer anywhere! Love them; keep up the excellent service!

I greatly appreciate the timely and extensive support that's been provided by the tech support over at SiteGround. They have really been stellar and have done a tremendous amount of work on my site.
