I can't even being to start stating how highly I rate SiteGround. From using their telephone service, live chat, email support, etc. SiteGround is one of the most amazing services, their support response time is literally under 5 mins for support tickets. Im 69, I do websites for fun and extra income, so when you get great service, I will keep them until I excel that needs a dedicated server.. if I get that big! A+ A+ in my world.

I like was getting a terrible service from HostGator, after a couple of malware things got installed into my Joomla website. I tried to buy this so called SiteLock program, but their delay was so slow that I just gave up. So I went over and gave SiteGround a call, within literally several mins, the website was transferred over to the server. I've not looked back since, I normally don't write reviews etc, but now I wrote my first one.

I've been with SiteGround only a little while, but have been able to say that they are an excellent web hosting company. They are a company that focuses on details, that's the most important and vital aspect of them. I've not had any issues thus far with outages or downtime or even planned outages. So far so good.

I just wanted to say that these guys are everything a customer could want in his/her life. They are really fantastic, their support is fantastic; I've not always thought that maybe comments like these aren't real. However, in this case, they bloody are real and I'm well impressed. Any problem, no matter when, or what, I go to the live chat and speak with their agents and they can solve it as quickly as possible. Even a newbie like me and they manage to explain everything and solve my problems. Quite impressed.

The other day I was interacting with Iliya on live chat, the subject was how to move a domain name from another ISP. While moving the domain name over from the other ISP to SiteGround wasn't included in the package, it was organized really quickly by Iliya and within a couple of hours the transfer email came into my inbox for approval. Iliya was very helpful and really knowledgable at all the times that I needed him.

I was so done with web hosting; as there was literally no decent web hosts, constantly plagued by outages, server errors, all kinda other stuff. However, I stumbled across SiteGround by sheer dumb luck, at first I was like here we go... we will have another web hosting experience that sucks. However, initially they seemed incredible from the start, so I continued trying and really they are a host I've been with for over 5 years and host 200 websites of my clients with them.
