I have been a web designer for approximately 15 years now, and have used only two hosting companies during this time I've seen both web hosts slide and even slide into the abyss; so I had to find another web hosting provider and that web hoster is SiteGround. They have been fantastic from their support, to their uptime, to the superior customer service, and it really is superior customer service, they have always updated scripts in their auto-installer, their apache installation is always with the latest version, and their disk speeds are really spectacular and fast. I have no thoughts in my mind that they can't provide an excellent service to any customer anywhere! Love them; keep up the excellent service!

When it comes to beating down customers and destroying lives, you can count SiteGround out of the picture. They are not amongst the list of web hosting providers that make life miserable. In fact, they provide my company with uptime, stability and above all... superior customer support and dedication.

My website was being attacked all the time, they used to put malware, spyware, and even a Trojan horse, that was before I had SiteGround, and somehow magically all this vanished when I transferred! I was never and still have not been hacked and its been 2+ years with SG! Love them, their support is great!

I cancelled my account by mistake; I did a full service cancellation because I thought I had lost everything and thus would no longer need the service. However, the support was so great and kind that they re-activated my account and did a full restore from their backups and everything was back online. God bless you guys!! It was really great!! If I thought a web hosting site transfer was this easy, I would have really done it years ago. My previous host was nothing but problems, they were offline more than they were online. Thanks to the flawless support of SiteGround, the site got moved and I was really impressed. My site isn't large like 3/4gb in size, but still it was done in a matter of 15 mins. I'm so happy that I chose them.

Awesome service, they transferred my old site to the new one for the Magento engine. When I have problems or challenges, their support team is there to back me up and make me whole again and that really matters. I have been using Godaddy, Site5, 1and1, and many others. SiteGround has by far the best support service I have seen on the market. This is another level, like seriously. The staff is knowledgeable, you will get your issues resolved in a few lines. The support for WordPress and B2Evolution is just terrific. They really know what they are doing and they just do it.
