Excellent, excellent, excellent customer support; the chat, the ticket system just everything seems to be tuned to provide a wonderful customer experience. Just judging from their experience so far, I am quite sure that SiteGround will continue providing a fantastic service and excellent uptime.

siteground.com's main focus, if you ask me seems to be that their support team. They really put a lot of focus into that group, you can see it... just look at their extensive knowledgeable and all the support related materials that they offer. Their uptime is just another example of reliability and stability. I have been with them now going on three years, and I just find that their service is terrific, my site is always loading fast and is reliable. That's all I can ask for, so if you ask me; they are worth every penny.

These guys are just great. Please keep up such high standards, if you do, the world is your oyster. Great support, great hosting, great performance. For me, uptime was and is amazing and extremely important. My blog is highly visible, so without superior uptime... I have no business... so for me its vital its always online and functioning. So in the meantime, I'm happy that I have this fantastic company.

I just wanted to say that these guys are everything a customer could want in his/her life. They are really fantastic, their support is fantastic; I've not always thought that maybe comments like these aren't real. However, in this case, they bloody are real and I'm well impressed. Any problem, no matter when, or what, I go to the live chat and speak with their agents and they can solve it as quickly as possible. Even a newbie like me and they manage to explain everything and solve my problems. Quite impressed.

Customer service and billing seem to work hand in hand, they can handle almost any of the problems you may have. For example, I needed an IP address and literally it took 2 mins to get it added and billed. I was really happy. I was with Dotster previous and the support just is like on another planet. I am constantly impressed with the level of support I get from the support team. So all that for that few bucks a month, its quite worth it. So take it from me, go join them and save yourself the headaches you don't want or need.

I have been using Godaddy, Site5, 1and1, and many others. SiteGround has by far the best support service I have seen on the market. This is another level, like seriously. The staff is knowledgeable, you will get your issues resolved in a few lines. The support for WordPress and B2Evolution is just terrific. They really know what they are doing and they just do it.

SiteGround Rocks! Their uptime and stability is like that of a major company like RackSpace or Softlayer. Like really really advanced and dedicated; I'm currently using them on several projects that I'm building. Love the dedication and support that I'm getting from them.

I have been a web designer for approximately 15 years now, and have used only two hosting companies during this time I've seen both web hosts slide and even slide into the abyss; so I had to find another web hosting provider and that web hoster is SiteGround. They have been fantastic from their support, to their uptime, to the superior customer service, and it really is superior customer service, they have always updated scripts in their auto-installer, their apache installation is always with the latest version, and their disk speeds are really spectacular and fast. Since relocating from Media Temple to SiteGround, I couldn't be happier. The site loads fast, the administration panel is faster, the support is more pleasant and quicker. Im very surprised when I got a serious issues, they really resolve fast and its really shocking to me. Im a non-technical at least not very... so its impressing to me. Siteground gives me the best options and opportunities to earn money as well, really satisfied!
