Simply put, they have the best customer service that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. While we don't have our productional site live with SiteGround, their support has been spectacular; they have been solid, honest and very reliable. Quite impressed with their level of service and their customer service politeness, helpfulness, and dedication. Really quite impressed.

siteground.com's main focus, if you ask me seems to be that their support team. They really put a lot of focus into that group, you can see it... just look at their extensive knowledgeable and all the support related materials that they offer. Their uptime is just another example of reliability and stability. I have been with them now going on three years, and I just find that their service is terrific, my site is always loading fast and is reliable. That's all I can ask for, so if you ask me; they are worth every penny.

I have used a lot of web hosting over the years, but most of them have been average, nothing special. However, when you compare hosting of SiteGround and them, they are worlds apart; like not even comparable almost. SiteGround has fantastic support, great uptime, and superior service if you ask me. Im really happy to be hosting multiple sites with them.

Building and having built responsive websites, I can admit that one of most important features of any website is having a great platform to be hosted from. One such web hosting provider is SiteGround. Having used SiteGround for many many years, I've been able to understand why my few bucks that I pay really doesn't matter for the level of service that I receive. Another such important service that you get is uptime, which is vital for any website service to work and function day or night. Having checked the hops and pings via Terminal and Pingdom, I've found that they are one of the best connected web hosting providers that I've at least come in contact with!

I lost the database after a username restore; very responsive and knowledgeable support. They answered and resolved my case in literally less than 20 mins. I submitted everything from day 1 so, there wasn't much to do, otherwise It may have taken 15 mins longer...hahahaha. what exceptional support team.

I was was trying to connect to the FTP server via CyberDuck, and was just getting it wrong time and time again, so finally I got frustrated enough and jumped onto the LiveChat for SiteGround. Honestly, within like 15 mins, I was uploading everything and it was well wicked. They took me thought he entire process step-by-step, so that made me happy. I'm happy I have a solid and reliable web host. Always glad to recommend them to anyone that might be looking, as they aren't expensive either.

Customer service and billing seem to work hand in hand, they can handle almost any of the problems you may have. For example, I needed an IP address and literally it took 2 mins to get it added and billed. I was really happy. I was with Dotster previous and the support just is like on another planet. I am constantly impressed with the level of support I get from the support team. So all that for that few bucks a month, its quite worth it. So take it from me, go join them and save yourself the headaches you don't want or need.

Their support of Joomla sucks to be honest and frank. The people in the chat are not able to give good support and the actual service isn't great, its average. The only thing they have going for them is their reputation, but I guess that's enough these days.

He was very patient with me and his responses were always well phrased and the entire process of getting me signed up, my site moved, my DNS changed to SwitchGround was easy, fast, and mega fun (I dare say?).
