My site has been DDoSed, attacked, hacked, but with SiteGround, all these problems just seem to vanish, the quickly found resolutions to all the aforementioned issues. Seems their servers take additional precautions as to how to fix issues rather than trying to lay the blame off on the customer. I recommend their premium backup service and as its only a couple of bucks a month extra.

I have been using Godaddy, Site5, 1and1, and many others. SiteGround has by far the best support service I have seen on the market. This is another level, like seriously. The staff is knowledgeable, you will get your issues resolved in a few lines. The support for WordPress and B2Evolution is just terrific. They really know what they are doing and they just do it.

Dear All; I want to suggest to everyone to enjoy and buy hosting plans from SiteGround, no need if you are not technical. If any technical issue you meet on your site, the technical support at SiteGround will resolve all within micro seconds. Im very surprised when I got a serious issues, they really resolve fast and its really shocking to me. Im a non-technical at least not very... so its impressing to me. Siteground gives me the best options and opportunities to earn money as well, really satisfied!

Absolutely, well amazing. Their support provides clear answers to any of my questions, instead of cryptic ones that I used to get from my previous host. Their speed is also something worth recognizing; like its mega fast, there is no delays, its just you type in the address in the browser, and bam the site loads, it wasn't like that at my old host. They really load lighting fast. Definitely can and am recommending you using SiteGround as your web host, as they are my most favorite one!

The other day I was interacting with Iliya on live chat, the subject was how to move a domain name from another ISP. While moving the domain name over from the other ISP to SiteGround wasn't included in the package, it was organized really quickly by Iliya and within a couple of hours the transfer email came into my inbox for approval. Iliya was very helpful and really knowledgable at all the times that I needed him.
