The customer service team is absolutely amazing, nothing short of perfect. They always respond in a timely manner and when they do respond, you can rest assured that the problems are already resolved and they are just telling you its been done. My website never has any problems with them and isn't plagued by outages such as my other websites at other web hosting companies. I'm going to move my websites here when other accounts come up for renewal.

The value is amazing and I have paid less then like 20 bucks for the entire year of service and someone has just spent an hour on the phone with me assisting me in choosing the right plan. Im a student in university, so I was looking at how to get web hosting relatively inexpensively. So I called iPage and asked them if they had any discounts for students and if there was any promos or something else was applied. So after speaking with Rick, I explained the entire situation and how I simply couldn't afford, he helped me with several promo codes, that allowed me to get signed up without too much hassle or expense.

SSL certificate purchases with iPage sucks, these guys really don't know what they are doing and when they do stuff, it just seems to make the situation worse rather than b better. I think that their motto is how should we mess stuff up enough that it becomes impossible for everyone we host? I honestly think so. Stay away from this web hosting provider, they SUCK!

I am originally from Godaddy, but I decided to go with iPage. I was mostly concerned with switching from Godaddy, because they have fantastic support, but it was at a point I couldn't afford the Godaddy service anymore. So I switched over to iPage which was literally a quarter of the price, for double the resources. I found that iPage didn't just have excellent customer service, their uptime and availability of the website was constant and reliable. I am an iPager for life!!
