iPage was a fantastic company when I got started with them. They had plenty of features, competitive pricing, excellent and easy to use control panel. However, in 2016 all that changed... They seems have outsourced their entire support team and its like speaking to them in bloody Korean... you dont understand them and they don't understand what you want from them. I wasted like 3 weeks on trying to get them to give me a SSL certificate, then I just said fuck it...

Their support is amazing. First, honestly, I was attracted by their low hosting pricing and the promise of excellent customer service. After having some trouble getting myself ported over to iPage, I had to call on their support department to assist me. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with their quick and responsive support that I got from them. Their people are professional and really do have a deep knowledge of everything that they are doing. That gave me enough of a good reason to recommend iPage, and I've not looked back since.

The customer service team is absolutely amazing, nothing short of perfect. They always respond in a timely manner and when they do respond, you can rest assured that the problems are already resolved and they are just telling you its been done. My website never has any problems with them and isn't plagued by outages such as my other websites at other web hosting companies. I'm going to move my websites here when other accounts come up for renewal.

The pricing is very reasonable and the support is fast and reliable. The wase of use when it comes to controlling your own content and website is wonderful. The only thing that they can do right is charge you at the end of the month or hosting cycle for the services that they offer. Otherwise... forget it. They have no clue about anything or ability to do anything right. So keep away from them at all costs, they are expensive and annoying as shit. love them or hate them is what I'm starting to see what other people are saying. In my case, it's been I HATE them. Moving to another web hosting company shortly!

I am originally from Godaddy, but I decided to go with iPage. I was mostly concerned with switching from Godaddy, because they have fantastic support, but it was at a point I couldn't afford the Godaddy service anymore. So I switched over to iPage which was literally a quarter of the price, for double the resources. I found that iPage didn't just have excellent customer service, their uptime and availability of the website was constant and reliable. I am an iPager for life!!
