The only thing that they can do right is charge you at the end of the month or hosting cycle for the services that they offer. Otherwise... forget it. They have no clue about anything or ability to do anything right. So keep away from them at all costs, they are expensive and annoying as shit. love them or hate them is what I'm starting to see what other people are saying. In my case, it's been I HATE them. Moving to another web hosting company shortly!

Great price and plenty of extras, is what I believe makes for an excellent web hosting provider. Whenever I need support (which ih my case, happens to be often) I've never had to wait for long for a resolution to the issue. The issue is always resolved quickly and efficiently. iPage delivers exactly what's written on the tin. If they say that they will provide excellent uptime, its true! My wife has been with them for 3 years now and they have been as stable as a rock and as reliable as anything. If your looking for a blogging platform, they certainly worth a look.

iPage was a fantastic company when I got started with them. They had plenty of features, competitive pricing, excellent and easy to use control panel. However, in 2016 all that changed... They seems have outsourced their entire support team and its like speaking to them in bloody Korean... you dont understand them and they don't understand what you want from them. I wasted like 3 weeks on trying to get them to give me a SSL certificate, then I just said fuck it...

When it comes to the latest LAMP STACK services, iPage has it all, you can't go wrong. It's honestly the best service in the market to date. Furthermore, they have stellar support service. Their support is US based, available day or night, and they are actually keen to assist you in anything you may want or need. I also love the feature that they provide you with a one-click installer. I had to switch over from my old web hosting provider to iPage, because I kept hitting the disk space and bandwidth allowance on my old web hosting provider. So I found that iPage was offering unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth for my website. So I made up my mind and decided to jump ship over to iPage. Having moved everything over to iPage I switched over the DNS and bam the site was working and everything was loading without any sorta delays or drawbacks. Actually im quite impressed with everything, both myself and iPage!

SSL certificate purchases with iPage sucks, these guys really don't know what they are doing and when they do stuff, it just seems to make the situation worse rather than b better. I think that their motto is how should we mess stuff up enough that it becomes impossible for everyone we host? I honestly think so. Stay away from this web hosting provider, they SUCK!

I love the flexibility of iPage and their platform; the ease of use of their site is what I love about them the most (and their support team too!). I've chatted with their technical support previously a number of times and on various topics and questions. All my questions have been answered satisfactorily Their tech team is helpful and knowledgeable, and their services in terms of price is hard to beat. I've tried a few other web hosting companies, but have never been as satisfied as I've been with iPage and their service.

iPage doesn't refund unused time! I renewed my web hosting account after 2 years, back in 2015. My wife decided not to focus on a website while she was going back to university. So I called and cancelled my web hosting account, in the process of getting everything cancelled out (I was expecting them to refund or at least pro-rate a refund of the unused time). Boy was I in for a shocker, they cancelled the account with like 19 months of service left... and thats after being with them 4 - 5 years on other web hosting accounts.
