Im glad with the fine service and 24/7 perfect communication that I'm getting from InterServer. They are always very friendly and helpful; love them and their service.

I originally contracted InterServer for setting up a WordPress service for me and getting an online shop done and dusted. Well, turned into a nightmare of we didn't promise that, we don't know how to do this... we can install WordPress but WooCommerce we don't customize, lots and lots of different things. So finally I just gave up and asked for a refund; the refund came thankfully.

They suck, they really have no clue about what they are doing. Their always sending some 1/2 done and 1/2 written responses that honestly make no sense at all. I'm always confused about them and their abilities, or should I say disabilities. They managed to mess up my backups and have lost me data when they did some sorta bullshit server update. Dont use them, keep them only at your own peril.

I use my VPS to trade FX. A VPS provider for $9 bucks a month with 99.99% uptime rating? Never found a competitor in the market.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of support that I'm receiving as a customer of InterServer. They have helped me fairly recently move my entire website from my current web hosting provider to them... even while my old provider was offline 3 times and they had to redo the rsync process 3 times. It was a nightmare that took several days to solve, but finally Im out of them....phhheeewwwww. InterServer made my life simpler.

Heya there! I've used inter server for a long long time and am very happy with their service. Its literally the fastest that I've had in a long time, and with all the unlimited features you can't be the price!

The service is excellent, never fails, never falters, and literally has no limitations. I consider myself I dare say... completely out of the danger zone. The care from their support professionals is both excellent on all the communication mediums; phone, chat, email. I recommend you give them a try, even if its for a month.

InterServer has a reputable name and I'm quite happy to be hosted with them.

Just finally reached a great web hosting company after 10 years experience of hosting with bad web hosting companies. From the last two years, I've been overwhelmed with the support and excellent support staff. I never ever expected that any company would transfer over several hundred web hosting accounts for free... amazing.

Absolutely awesome; I was speaking with Ted for over 2 hours to get my problem resolved and finally we got it figured out and the problem was solved in less than two mins. he was very patient with me and helped me over come some hurdles that I was facing. This is my first day of hosting with them, but if the service is so awesome, I want to continue working with them and will certainly keep renewing my service with them over and over again.

Superb. That's the first and only word that's in my vocabulary for when it comes to InterServer. During the past year, I've not had any issues with uptime, or speed. I'm quite an experienced web developer and monitor the service via third party. However, never had any issues. I have recommended them several web hosting clients of mine, they are all equally as pleased as I am.

I have been with you only for a few days, but I felt compelled to leave this review because of the things that I've experienced thus far. Not only have they moved my entire site from HostGator, but they have also rebuilt my entire database from a backup and helped me get the DNS changed over and everything. All this was done by them, I didn't have to do anything, just send over some login details to different providers. Can you imagine? That's more than impressive in my eyes.
