I currently have two web hosting accounts with Inter Server, one of them is a dedicated server and the other is a shared hosting account. I can honestly say, while the server is COMPLETELY UNMANAGED and the shared hosting account is fully managed... that I'm impressed not only with their support, but also with stability of their network. I have been using web hosting services for years, I've heard a lot about this service and decided to give them a shot. After paying for one year, that's when the problems started. I found that the FTP service wasn't working, that all the fixes they suggested wasn't functioning. That was my first impression, after that... it was like OMG why is this happening to me? I finally got tired of their shit and asked for a refund after 4 days... and it came thru. Glad I left them.

Superb. That's the first and only word that's in my vocabulary for when it comes to InterServer. During the past year, I've not had any issues with uptime, or speed. I'm quite an experienced web developer and monitor the service via third party. However, never had any issues. I have recommended them several web hosting clients of mine, they are all equally as pleased as I am.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of support that I'm receiving as a customer of InterServer. They have helped me fairly recently move my entire website from my current web hosting provider to them... even while my old provider was offline 3 times and they had to redo the rsync process 3 times. It was a nightmare that took several days to solve, but finally Im out of them....phhheeewwwww. InterServer made my life simpler.

The service has really be fantastic. I currently have two accounts with InterServer and am really satisfied with their knowledge and experience. They are always trying to find the root of the problem to ensure that it doesn't affect service ever again.
Im always able to get them via LiveChat or Support ticket, these guys actually do respond and quickly. Honestly speaking, I seldom have to get in contact with them, but... they are always around if needed.
