I know I can be a bit hard to handle sometimes, but... they have never once been mean or aggressive to me. Always willing to help me with every question and every support ticket that I've submitted. I love this company, their chatroom is setup for instant help, which is excellent. Most web hosting providers don't have that... which makes InterServer really awesome... especially for those of us who don't like sitting on phones. If I could give them 200 stars for everything, I would.

I found InterServer to be very reasonably priced. There is no long-term period that you have to pay upfront for, means you have to pay the same price every year and thats not normal in the industry but its very positive. Im happy because it shows their confidence level in what they are offering.

I've given them about 2 years worth of tire kicking and testing. They seem to quite satisfy; very happy of them. They allow you to change everything on the VPS environment, meaning you can enjoy building a custom config if you'd like. Really a great service.

I've been using InterServer for the past 5 years for their VPS hosting offering. Their network is solid, the server is online, and uptime is fab. However, lately their customer support has been weird; not like they used to be. Maybe its because they are goin thru some pains of growth... but its very strange.
