InMotion Hosting

I took out a 12 month hosting package with the offer of transferring one of my domain names from my existing host to inmotionhosting. The sales lady was on the chat and explained that it wouldn't be a problem... but that's pretty much when it ended up being a bit problem. It took forever and it wasn't easy... 48 hours afterwards the domain name wasn't pointed, it was still pointed back at my old web host and that was being all kinda complicated.... anyways, I decided to cancel my account due to all the complications and got my refund.

I really liked their online customer service, their chat personnel are simply put the best! They were there for me anytime I needed them, that made my life not only simpler, but really pleasant to solve the issues when they came up.

I administer websites for family and friends of mine. I had all these websites at different companies, some with In motion, but the majority with other hosts. Finally, I decided to take it upon myself to move all the 4 websites that I manage under the same roof with In Motion; why? Exceptional service, lighting-fast, and the support is first-rate. I'm finally....home....

Just got off the phone with the cancellation guys over there, I spoke with a really nice chap called Vadim S. I told him, I dont wanna speak with anyone and deal with your retention... instead I was greeted with someone that felt like almost a friend or a family member... Such an amazing guy. Really a pleasant guy.

Really professional service! It's super awesome to see that when support is trying to help you, they take on your problems as it is theirs and do everything in their power to get the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I recently had some problems with my web hosting account; I found a very good support team was there to greet me in my time of need. Their help, allowed me to deliver my project on time... as I was sweating bullets about it being delayed... as I have to pay a penalty if I was late and this script just wouldn't work... as it did in the test environment.

I'm using their service still since about August 2016 without any major issues.

I have to admit that they must be the number one Drupal web hosting provider, the installation is seamless, the support (if its needed) is endlessly and they help you with every single process from start to finish. Really admire them for that; I believe that working with them is a real godsend. A+++

Having heard about all the bad things happening with web providers, I've always been very scared of dealing with them. However, when it came to dealing with InMotionHosting, they really know what to do and it worked out very well for me. Whenever I need help, I always have it and quickly. So from that standpoint, Im quite happy with their service.

So far everything has been great with them. I've been hosted with them for over six months now and Im quite satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

Backups, Backups, Backups! When it comes to backups one of the biggest and important features that I found at InMotion Hosting is their Live-State Snapshots, which allow you to take an image of the entire VPS and restore it completely from that state. I also checked the throughput of the disks (I/O) and they are SSDs, so the VPS is incredibly fast. Having been with them for over a year now, I can say that their uptime is excellent too. I've not had any downtimes apart from one that was caused by myself.

I (and my website) don't need a lot of gimmicks and services, but when I do I need great support. That's where Andrew comes in, he's always answered my tickets quickly, emails have been always been with the right answer, and even when I get frustrated, he has shown me how to solve the problem more effectively. Plus, you can't really beat their pricing, its just not humanly possible. No regrets, only pure happiness!
