InMotion Hosting

Im a web developer, so I'm always working with new technologies out there, so Im constantly in need of new plugins installed and making account changes. The guys and gals at In Motion hosting, have always been very helpful. The majority of times that I've run into some sorta troubles or had some sorta issues, they were there to address the issues for me virtually instantly. The majority or problems with most hosting providers, is that their servers are overloaded and they are holding too many clients that are unfit for such a small web hosting environment. I am pleased to say that with In Motion, I've not seen any of these issues and they are very trustworthy and reliable in my experience thus far.

I have been a client with InMotionHosting.com since 2006, when I first opened my website. Ever since then, yes there has been some growth pains and such that I've seen and been unhappy about at times, but their service has only gotten better and better. Their support culture within the company seems amazing, and their willingness to assist is just overwhelming. If you would like to grow your business, pay the very reasonable fees, and just focus on your business, rather than focusing on keeping it online.

I love InMotion Hosting, they not only saved me over $200 per year, they are twice as fast as my previous host. Just by switching to them, I cut my spam in 1/2, like literally. Mega super fast company in every respect; especially when it comes to support. Their support times are like those I've never seen in the web hosting business... or should I say at least by me.

Had an outage with them, I called and opened a support ticket; the call was answered in no more than 5 mins and the issue was resolved within 15 mins of getting the ticket open. I've never had such an experience with any web host, normally takes days... or hours at best case.

I've had tried to sync my home directory with my ftp client and instead it deleted all my directories (including the sub ones too!). I got in contact with support; they got all my stuff restored (at no extra charge) and solved the inital problem and they did it super fast. wicked big smile on my face!!!!!!!

I have been very pleased with Inmotion hosting, I've not noticed any outages or downtimes or anything related to that. They have always been swift, honest, and very reliable. Really am very pleased with them; they offer great support, when I ran into issues with my extension in modal they managed to get it addressed. Literally was like they have magical fingers.

The auto-installer is something that I've never seen before, its really fantastic. It works flawlessly and I am very satisfied with the level of support that I'm receiving from them. In motion is a pretty sick web host. I've already recommended their services to my friends and people I work with. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did.

I have a new magento site hosted here for over six months.The hosting quality is good, the price is much better than my previous host and the tech support is really quick and friendly.

Backups, Backups, Backups! When it comes to backups one of the biggest and important features that I found at InMotion Hosting is their Live-State Snapshots, which allow you to take an image of the entire VPS and restore it completely from that state. I also checked the throughput of the disks (I/O) and they are SSDs, so the VPS is incredibly fast. Having been with them for over a year now, I can say that their uptime is excellent too. I've not had any downtimes apart from one that was caused by myself.

best service in respects to price and customer service, an overall winner. Absolutely well done chaps!

Recently moved plans from the shared service to their premium VPS service; the transfer was relatively quick (they did it all for me) and it worked afterwards, which I was actually quite proud about. I was thinking to myself oh no; here we go and here are all the problems that are coming. However, luckily it got moved without a hit and all went well. David over at Inmotion kept me updated to the entire transfer process.

So the other day i got really frustrated the other day with these chaps, I was trying to get my work done and they seemed to be having some sorta server permissions...and I had to deliver a client a project... which I wasn't able to do because of the delays. As such, I ended up saying to myself that Im going to cancel; so I called them to do that... and when I did, they saw (I dont know how) from my account I suppose; that I was on one of the affected servers and they said... "We're sorry you had issues yesterday with your web hosting account, we've credited your account with $20 for the inconvenience" and they gave me a free upgrade. So I ended up being quite happy and stayed with them... but yesterday I was really upset.
