I normally don't usually don't care about what hosting provider I host with, as they are all typically more or less the same. At least, that was my thought until I came across In Motion Hosting. These guys are like the Trump tower with shinning grandure while there are other small huts around it. They have an extremely competitive offer, they have really spectacular service and support. I often have less than a min to wait for support; A+ score to them for that.

I found In Motion Hosting while I was doing some Yahoo searches, so I decided to give them a shot and really happy that I did. Their ticket reply times are VERY fast, like incredibly fast, the maximum I've had to wait on getting a reply from them is about 5/6 mins on avg. I have no hesitation at suggesting them for anyone who is looking at switching hosts. They are decent guys to work with and while their. Not cheap, they are have great value.

Customer service, backups, cPanel/WHM, uptime, and overall performance of the VPS has been my deciding factors in if I should keep the VPS, but with InMotion, it wasn't really a choice, it worked so flawlessly out of the box, that I only have had to call support once. Even then, the support replied to me within 15 mins and that is fantastic, since it was at 3am EST. Love them, love their service, love the support!

Alright so my web hosting domain name expired the other day and bam my website stops working. So after that, I contacted the support team; they were like ok, you have to do this and this and this, so I follow up on all the steps and hey presto my site was back online. Later they explained that I needed to renew my domain name, and it wasn't set to auto-renew on the configuration dashboard.

Im honestly surprised by all the so-so reviews of InMotionHosting, I've only had the best service possible. Whenever, I needed something to be fixed, or something to be resolved, it was done normally within several mins and/or it was escalated to a server administrator. Never had any of the experiences that has been shared on here. I've always been treated with urgency, politeness, and everything else. I dunno if its true or not, but ok. I love this host, that's all I can say about them.

I found in motion via google searches and compared their services to that of other providers and then read some reviews... which all seemed to be pointing to the fact that they run a really tight ship. The customer service on their LAMP services seem to be up well in excess of 99.99% like they state... I would highly recommend their services and am quite satisfied.
