InMotion Hosting

I know that getting an IP address with In Motion seems to be quite difficult lately. I've got several accounts with them, and so far, I've only been able to get one hosting account of the three that I have with them a dedicated IP address. Hopefully that they will fix that part, but the rest is absolutely superb.

Their managed VPS hosting solution is nothing short of excellent; they are always on the ball and the software is always kept up to date. also the fact that they are constantly online and don't have endless outages such as my previous host makes a big difference. One of the most important things for my online presence is that I don't have to be embarrassed by my clients saying that their websites are not online.

I'm a Joomla-for-Dummies kinda person; I think I found an excellent hoser, finally. I chose InMotion Hosting cuz the site was backed by good support, there are so many hosts that don't have any decent support... its ^@&*!. For me, its important that the site converts and while I enjoy a lot of hand holding for Joomla, I was happy that I received it from the support guys and gals!

Alright so my web hosting domain name expired the other day and bam my website stops working. So after that, I contacted the support team; they were like ok, you have to do this and this and this, so I follow up on all the steps and hey presto my site was back online. Later they explained that I needed to renew my domain name, and it wasn't set to auto-renew on the configuration dashboard.

InMotion Hosting; a fantastic ISP. I have had my accounts with them for about a year now. Their staff is very polite, quite fast, and always finds a way to fix the problem that you're having. These guys are really really great, I will never use another ISP apart from this one. I love them, thank you for such a wonderful service.

Steve was excellent in helping me my account closed out and a refund issued. I signed up and cancelled on the same day. There is nothing wrong with this company, just the knowledge requirements seem to be more than what I know at the moment. The friendly assistance was a good motivator so when I come back; I will definitely sign up again with them.

Not getting emails that have been sent from support. Have been looking at the tickets online, but im not getting any sorta notifications of you releasing my domain name. try to get it done quickly, I need to move the domain back to godaddy before they cancel my account there.

I have been with Inmotion for 5 years now and have not had any problems. There is always plenty of help available for me when I need it and while I've tried cheaper web hosting companies there is simply no comparison. They are friendly, dedicated and reliable.

Recommend these guys. Their customer service is outstanding.... you know, every time I enter run into any issues whatsoever, they have always been helpful, even when I couldn't pay my bill on time and my account got suspended... they gave me 3 days extra to pay and re-established my service. Im quite impressed.

Easy as Pie, and good as great. That's pretty much all I can say. Easy to use, great customer services, great explanations, simple to administer. But you must buy your own .tld extension if you are planning on using something other than .com, .net, .org or .info (the common ones). But speed is really great, and server performance seems not to be lacking either. Proud to be hosted with InMotionHosting!

When your site becomes like seriously pop, then you might run into headaches with these guys (unless you upgrade)... cause even sometimes you find that the site is a bit restrictive... it loads like gangster, but... umm... ok... yea... not always... thats the only thing that I was relatively unhappy about. However, now, we're good; solid.
