In Motion seems to have a solid support team, when I call I'm always met with a well spoken American accent and not with some Eastern European one. Their load times seem to really be great, as I can get to them within 22ms and the site loads mega fast; even the mysql db seems to be fast loading compared to my previous host. So far so good, I'm happy.

Easy as Pie, and good as great. That's pretty much all I can say. Easy to use, great customer services, great explanations, simple to administer. But you must buy your own .tld extension if you are planning on using something other than .com, .net, .org or .info (the common ones). But speed is really great, and server performance seems not to be lacking either. Proud to be hosted with InMotionHosting!

I really liked their online customer service, their chat personnel are simply put the best! They were there for me anytime I needed them, that made my life not only simpler, but really pleasant to solve the issues when they came up.

Having a dedicated server with any web hoster means you need to know what your doing and how it works. I've been with many many many web hosting providers, some say you have a dedicated account, while in others you really do. In Motion Hosting is the latter; you have a box and it functions in anyway you want it to. As such; I have total root access, I don't need to share my hardware, and for my web business and gaming environment, I can't ask for a less expensive solution to everything.

Im in the process of starting a new craft-based web business and Inmotionhosting.com has been given excellent ratings online. I have two domains at the moment, both resolving to the same web hosting account. As I was in the process of setting things up, I submitted a couple of tickets, thinking that it would be a little bit before I got a reply. However, the support reply was almost instant and correct. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a web provider.

When your site becomes like seriously pop, then you might run into headaches with these guys (unless you upgrade)... cause even sometimes you find that the site is a bit restrictive... it loads like gangster, but... umm... ok... yea... not always... thats the only thing that I was relatively unhappy about. However, now, we're good; solid.

Superb. Recommended. Fantastic. Their support is worth every penny; I have a mambo site, which isn't the simplest website in the world to move. However, I managed to get it done with the support group at In Motion Hosting. They really have a very patient support team, as I know I can be quite complicated at times.

Alright so my web hosting domain name expired the other day and bam my website stops working. So after that, I contacted the support team; they were like ok, you have to do this and this and this, so I follow up on all the steps and hey presto my site was back online. Later they explained that I needed to renew my domain name, and it wasn't set to auto-renew on the configuration dashboard.

Excellent Support!!! I sent in an error with a database, and I got a reply almost instantly. Their cPanel setup was also extremely easy to use and I found that the value for money was quite good.

Excellent service, every month, I notice something changing within my cPanel, either its some new icon or some new service, seems that they are always working on improving our experience. I've been with them for 2+ years now, but always their service seems to be getting something new, like last month, I found that I suddenly had access to a fantastic new backup service, and the month before that I found I could use the website builder to make websites for my family rather than having to code them manually. Love the experience!

Dear Inmotion Hosting; actually, a 5 star rating doesnt' give you enough credit for all the assistance that you've given me over the years. The great customer service, reliable hosting and uptime has kept me with you for years... and I plan on continuing for many years to come!

I ended up moving from Godaddy to Inmotion hosting for one reason only, and thats for uptime. My website has to stay online, as when its not online... Im potentially losing money. While there is limited phone support, I found that having limited phone support actually doesn't matter... if you have a support team that is able to reply within 10 mins tops.

I think that the overall service has been excellent, while I thought that perhaps there could be opportunities to do better... Im happy with the net result of uptime and balanced support.
