InMotion Hosting

I ended up moving from Godaddy to Inmotion hosting for one reason only, and thats for uptime. My website has to stay online, as when its not online... Im potentially losing money. While there is limited phone support, I found that having limited phone support actually doesn't matter... if you have a support team that is able to reply within 10 mins tops.

I think that the overall service has been excellent, while I thought that perhaps there could be opportunities to do better... Im happy with the net result of uptime and balanced support.

inmotionhosting.com has been hosting various websites for me and email accounts for approximately 5 years; the hosting account has been a great value for dollar -to-dollar service comparison. Support is rarely needed, fast loading, and if there is an issue you can rest assured they are replying within mins.

Customer service, backups, cPanel/WHM, uptime, and overall performance of the VPS has been my deciding factors in if I should keep the VPS, but with InMotion, it wasn't really a choice, it worked so flawlessly out of the box, that I only have had to call support once. Even then, the support replied to me within 15 mins and that is fantastic, since it was at 3am EST. Love them, love their service, love the support!

In Motion Hosting really does have great solutions for building a website from scratch. I used one of their website builders and just managed to get a website up and running in less than 1 hour. Also, when it comes to support, I was able to get friendly and prompt responses. I don't have any complaints thus far, but if I do, I know where to voice them now!

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable web hosting provider. Im still amazed at how efficient each techie is and how their experience really helps organize my business. As I understand that my business is run on their business, so if they do a good job, means that I don't have to worry about them and can focus on doing what I do best.

Having a CVN repository on my web hosting VPS is quite an advantage to me and my small team. Since we all work remotely, It was something that all of us needed to be able to collaborate. After some research, I came across InMotionHosting's VPS offering, at first I was a little iffy, but then having read some reviews, I decided to give it a shot and got it for a month. I've had this account for over 2 years now, and not had any problems with outages.

Impressed; why? Because of all the support services that they offer. They have been bang on every time with their updates, never been outside of their designated timeframes and also have always provided me with proper explanations as to why they were down... even though they were only offline for a couple of mins! Fairly price for great service.

In Motion Hosting has literally everything you could ask for, regardless if your a webmaster (like me) or a novice, they seem to have everything under one roof, I even got a free SSL certificate from them when I signed up. I can only say that I had one slight problem with downtime, but apart from that... nothing else really. While it was quite annoying at the moment, their service has been spectacular since.

So far I've not encountered any issues with my website hosting with In Motion! On time customer response times is what I've gotten to know them for; they really do solve problems quick if there should be one that arises. For example, when I first moved to In Motion, I needed my cPanel account migrated from another web hosting company... as such ; it was done within 30 mins. Love them, boy are they awesome!

Previously I was with HostGator, now I'm with InMotion Hosting. Why? Downtimes, long waits on getting support. However, when it comes to InMotion, when I call the wait time is less than 30 seconds, there is almost no downtimes. I'm mega thrilled with them, I now have two other clients hosted with them. One in DC and the others in LA, not seen any problems so far.

I took out a 12 month hosting package with the offer of transferring one of my domain names from my existing host to inmotionhosting. The sales lady was on the chat and explained that it wouldn't be a problem... but that's pretty much when it ended up being a bit problem. It took forever and it wasn't easy... 48 hours afterwards the domain name wasn't pointed, it was still pointed back at my old web host and that was being all kinda complicated.... anyways, I decided to cancel my account due to all the complications and got my refund.

Perfect web hoster in a non-perfect world. They can not be matched in quality of service or in customer support. In the previous six years, I've been jumping between hosting providers one to the other to the other... and now I've found home. Finally; In Motion Hosting, thank you from a loyal customer.
