I gave them a call before signing up with them, I spoke to a pleasant chap called David for about 30 mins. We discussed everything related to the account and he was really knowledgeable and knew the plans, the offering, their support team topics inside out. He wasn't pushy but answered all the questions even told me about their promo of moving the websites for free of charge and offering a free domain name.

I made the switch to HostPapa because my previous web host corrupted all my data and made no real attempt to apologize. Overall, I believe that Hostpapa has a excellent value for money. The web hosting package does everything that I need it to and then some. It took only a few mins to setup, and host papa support guys even offered to migrate my website FREE OF CHARGE.

Since my web hosting plan has been activated, I've needed quite a lot of support and there has never been a lack of it. The guys at HostPapa all kinda of (at least I think) know me by name. Their response has been amazing and supportive. They were always able to address all the questions I had and in fact helped me solve a few problems which Im sure was out of their scope.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking based upon my experience.

I first heard about HostPapa when I was working with a fellow webmaster on a project for a Mambo. I was like ok, these guys are just out there to tout them up because they must be trying to promote them. However, it's true, I've been seeing the same results (after I finally signed up). Their customer service is really like I've never seen, they are willing to help, not only willing to help, but also quickly. Their uptime is at 99.99% (I assume, because I've never seen a website outage). Making me happy for my adwords campaign!

I think the combination of a free domain name, free website migration, cPanel, 24x7 US based phone support, thousands of hosted websites, and years on the market is the best selling points of HostPapa, because its not like your entering into a one-man show. There are people that are dedicated to providing superior service to you! All you have to do is let me help you with the problems your facing.

HostPaPa's three year web hosting deal is of great value and their 24x7 US support is very helpful when getting new websites up and running. I also really appreciate that they are using green energy to power themselves, or at least to offset the emissions that are pushed out into nature.

I have been thru the mill several times, I know what its like to have a amazing web hosting company and what its like to have a bunch of in-between to put it lightly. HostPapa is CERTAINLY NOT AN IN-BETWEEN COMPANY. They probably THE BEST company that I've hosted with.... why? performance, dedication of staff, uptime, software availability, latency, disk performance, resource allocation and support. They have their head in the right place and their hands and hearts ready to assist you in anything when it comes to your website or even a moral support convo!

LOVE THIS COMPANY; their full of good/great people. Their quite honestly a favorite web host of mine; I use HostGator and BlueHost as well.. but with HostPaPa, I host smaller web deign clients... because of their pricing I feel that its a good balance of price vs. support. Since they have a web hosting affiliate program, means that you can make some money too! Really worth while this host, good vibes.

We are a company that provides customer service training, so we're extremely familiar with great/good/medium/bad customer service. perhaps we're hyper aware. I've found that most web hosting providers are more or less hit or miss. However, HostPapa's support has been hitting the nail on the head consistently, their knowledge and helpfulness was/is really outstanding.
