HostPapa has given me nothing but a positive feeling. Ok they do have some stuff wrong, like they are missing some documentation from time to time and they don't have video tutorials, but still... I can't complain too much. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a lot of features with a low price entry point. They have all kinda freebies, so you know that you can use your site and it can grow and you don't have to shell out extra dollars.

I've had good service, I've had shitty service, I've never get this kinda service. HostPapa goes above and beyond what I've honestly ever expected; their support team and uptime is just tremendous; they are a company that you can be proud to call home. Love them not only as a web hosting provider, but also because they have everything under one roof... there is no need to search for another web hosting provider.

I believe that as with any business customer service is key to its success. In other words, when I need answers I need them NOW not tomorrow. That's the experience that I've had with HostPapa, their customer service especially live chat, always is moving forward with providing me with any answers that I'm looking for. Regardless of the time, I'm always able to get in contact with someone at HostPapa and my issue gets resolved. That's why I've been a loyal customer for 2.5 years and will continue to be so.

Efficient support, they always have a quick reply to any of the questions and/or they know how to answer the questions your facing. That's one thing that I've always been surprised about HostPapa, they know how to provide you with answers and correct ones. If they don't know the answer there and then, they will bump it up to L3 support who will. So regardless of what problem you may experience, you can be guaranteed you will get it solved with HostPapa.

I have been thru the mill several times, I know what its like to have a amazing web hosting company and what its like to have a bunch of in-between to put it lightly. HostPapa is CERTAINLY NOT AN IN-BETWEEN COMPANY. They probably THE BEST company that I've hosted with.... why? performance, dedication of staff, uptime, software availability, latency, disk performance, resource allocation and support. They have their head in the right place and their hands and hearts ready to assist you in anything when it comes to your website or even a moral support convo!

I've been using HostPapa to host my Fergie Dolls online shop and Ive been trying them out for comfort for about a year now. I have to admit that their server was a bit laggy at first, but then when they did their network upgrade a couple of months ago everything just speed up. A lot, for the few bucks a month that they charge, I'd say hell yes... one more time if I had to do it.

Good Customer Service; I made their lives very difficult at times, but they never faltered or snapped. The support team always gave me a quick and fairly accurate responses on how to solve the problems. In my list, I rate them as one of the top web hosting providers in my personal list... not to mention that they are affordable.

I host my baby apparel shop with HostPAPA; the built is built using WordPress and WooCommerce. Im able to sell to other countries, the support is always online and my website too! Nothing to say about them apart from the fact that they are fab! Love the service.

Bitter experience with my previous web hosting provider forced me to move my websites away. After reading and reading I thought of moving to HostPapa, and I have no regrets to this very day. Their service is one of the best that I've experienced and I really enjoy dealing with engineers that know what their talking about and are able to assist you in a timely manner. Any questions that I raise are answered quickly.

I've been hosted with HostPapa for more than four years, maybe five. I've really not had any major problems with HostPapa. For example, I've not had outages or downtime, the few times I've had problems or questions from their technical staff has been very good. They respond quickly and accurately... and they actually try to solve the problem and not let it get bigger or mutate into making me upgrade.

Im actually quite surprised that some people on the Internet are saying that HostPapa has some problems. I've got two websites and a fairly large database with them and they've not had any problems that I've noticed. In fact, I had to move the database from another web hosting provider due to them being offline! Their support has been very good and reliable, they seem to always have everything under control and moving forward reasonably quickly in terms of response times.

I run 2 websites on HostPap. In the last 5 years or so that I've been hosting with them, they have been quick to resolve problems that I've faced. They also have been very helpful in the pricing of the hosting. I'm not a kinda guy that praises people, but I have to give credit where credit is due.
