LAMP services can be all over the place; some good some bad, some ugly and some perfect. In the case of HostPapa, I have been more than pleased with the level of service and dedication that I've received. I was using the auto installer the other day, and I can't still get over how quick and easy it is... Fantastico makes life so easy... its all literally a few clicks away and we're good.

They are always there to help you solve the problems that your facing. There has never been a time that I've thought twice before contacting them. My story is like this; I called their web hosting support team, they literally replied to me in under five mins. I asked them what VPS would fit my needs and gave them my email address... there after, I got a customized quote for a VPS that fit my needs... and as I know a thing or two about web hosting providers... I run 2 websites on HostPap. In the last 5 years or so that I've been hosting with them, they have been quick to resolve problems that I've faced. They also have been very helpful in the pricing of the hosting. I'm not a kinda guy that praises people, but I have to give credit where credit is due.

I had a critical time sensitive support issue the other day, and the service rep was calm, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me resolve the issues, we troubleshooted the situation and when it was all working again fine, he asked if I needed any further help! Im sure (in fact, I'm positive) that he went above and beyond!

I've been with HostPapa for a few years now and without any problems. Each time I've asked for support they have replied with understandable english and very promptly. I would recommend them to everyone. I just hope that they don't increase their prices or sell out to a profiteer like most of the other web hosting companies have done!

Last week, I suddenly started getting more and more spam email messages. I wasn't really sure what to do with them... or even how to start tackling them. So I setup all the rules possible, then they continued to come regardless. As such, I was like this is bloody ridiculous, so I called HostPapa a bit frustrated and explained the engineers what was going on. About 5 mins after being on hold (which I wasn't happy about) the problem got resolved and all the spam messages stopped flooding into my inbox!!!! All it took literally was one phone call!
