HostPapa

I misread the location of where to upload my WordPress files, I had put them accidentally into a subdirectory rather than into the public_htnl folder. I got in contact with HostPapa support and they had quickly managed to figure out the issue by explaining to me that the files where in the /public_html/subdirectory rather than in the /public_html/ folder and that was the root cause of the issue. All this was resolved in 30 mins (as I have the time stamps on my emails).

HostPapa is like one of those hosts that you can rest assured that they are just going to work as advertised out of the box. This is not mentioning that they will how simple they will make your life. Im able to say that im 100% satisfied with their approach and direction.

LAMP services can be all over the place; some good some bad, some ugly and some perfect. In the case of HostPapa, I have been more than pleased with the level of service and dedication that I've received. I was using the auto installer the other day, and I can't still get over how quick and easy it is... Fantastico makes life so easy... its all literally a few clicks away and we're good.

Love the LAMP stack that they have; its always up to date, fast and reliable. I have a small script that tells me how many customers they host and on average they don't go above 200 users per box... as I have several clients on other servers with them... so I use the same script there. They are also extremely responsive to my needs and the other day they replied within 5 mins on getting the SSL and a Dedicated IP installed... although I had to wait for the IP address to propagate.

All I needed to do was to place one phone call and the site came alive within the hour. We got everything moving and the site was up and running. I ended up being a very happy camper as I was like... wow. This is gonna be a really hard process, instead... it ended up being a really easy and impressive process. The attention to detail that I received from them has been incredible.

I came from another web hosting company, that was always behind on updating their servers, and had extremely poor support. After searching for researching for several weeks, I picked HostPapa; I'm so happy that I did... and with the coupon and the free advertising credits that I got... I basically got it for free for the year!

I gave them a call before signing up with them, I spoke to a pleasant chap called David for about 30 mins. We discussed everything related to the account and he was really knowledgeable and knew the plans, the offering, their support team topics inside out. He wasn't pushy but answered all the questions even told me about their promo of moving the websites for free of charge and offering a free domain name.

Oh boy are they fast; their servers are probably the fastest I've ever seen in the market... and frankly... if we speak honestly, I've never seen such dedication or charisma from anyone apart from the HostPapa team, no matter what the issue is, they are there to help you solve it. PHP errors or MySQL gone away messages... no matter what it is. They will fix the problems and you can rest assured they will be there.

I've been using HostPapa to host my Fergie Dolls online shop and Ive been trying them out for comfort for about a year now. I have to admit that their server was a bit laggy at first, but then when they did their network upgrade a couple of months ago everything just speed up. A lot, for the few bucks a month that they charge, I'd say hell yes... one more time if I had to do it.

Im actually quite surprised that some people on the Internet are saying that HostPapa has some problems. I've got two websites and a fairly large database with them and they've not had any problems that I've noticed. In fact, I had to move the database from another web hosting provider due to them being offline! Their support has been very good and reliable, they seem to always have everything under control and moving forward reasonably quickly in terms of response times.

I've been with HostPapa for a few years now and without any problems. Each time I've asked for support they have replied with understandable english and very promptly. I would recommend them to everyone. I just hope that they don't increase their prices or sell out to a profiteer like most of the other web hosting companies have done!

Genius at work; that's what I think when I think of HostPapa (if he really exists!) but seriously, the team over at HostPapa is incredible. They are always there to help you solve the problems that your facing. There has never been a time that I've thought twice before contacting them. The other day, I got in contact via their live chat and was quickly impressed at how fast they were able to tackle the error I was facing and how we got everything back on track in literally 10 mins.
