I've been hosted with HostPapa for more than four years, maybe five. I've really not had any major problems with HostPapa. For example, I've not had outages or downtime, the few times I've had problems or questions from their technical staff has been very good. They respond quickly and accurately... and they actually try to solve the problem and not let it get bigger or mutate into making me upgrade.

These guys are phenomenal you actually get a real person at the other end of the phone or email. They know how to fix problems, they have technical resources via the KB and such. Their technical support team is quite patient with you and very helpful. The other day they spent nearly two hours helping me resolve a Joomla bug that seems to have been caused by the recent update. They helped me work thru each troubleshooting step by step. I've never had this level of experience with any technical support team.

Quick. Efficient. Reliable. Are three words that I would use to describe HostPapa. Their support is really amazing and the fact that they have tremendous support resources really speaks volumes about them. They are a company that I've recommended and will continue to recommend. In my case, I had a web hoster that was really shitty, they lost my entire site! That was the first time, then the second they corrupted all my data, and finally... Finding a reliable web hosting company is hard, its always a struggle between price, performance and reliability. Sometimes, what you want is too expensive. However, other times, it just works. I love those moments... when something just works. What I can tell you about their support is that their support just works. There is no ifs or buts, or something random; it just works.
