Their reseller plan is just awesome, it offers everything you need for one fixed price per month, there is no penny pinching or dining you to death. Just one solid price for one solid service, that's what I really enjoy about HG. Their basic features offer everything you need under one roof. Maybe a small price reduction could be excellent for me, but anyways they are solid no matter what they do.

Best web hosting I have ever used. They are a little more expensive than any other of the web hosting providers at the same size, but it really does show in the quality of service the they turn out. Fast and very friendly support, excellent uptime and stable. I love hosting everything with them, as they are really that easy to get connected to. The service rocks and I'll be a long time customer, promise!

Love this web host - always speaking with real people and they have really low wait times, if the call isn't connected instantly. Great service and assistance. I host all my clients with them too.

Slow and unanswered questions is the latest and newest reality of HostGator. Its not all that bad, but still something that should be considered when looking at a web hosting provider. Apart from that, the servers work, they stay online and the entire solution just keeps churning. Keep that in mind when moving to your next web hosting provider!

As a website designer, I've shopped for a good LAMP hosting provider, I went through at least a dozen of the different web hosting providers out there in the market. Since, finding HostGator, I surely am not going to leave! They have an amazing anti-spam system and also very few hops between providers, making them an idea web hosting company if your looking for reliable and steadfast web service.

Ive used the hostgator reseller plan for 7 years now and outside of two outages caused by DDoS attacks they have been solid performers. The customer service dedication has been good too.

HG is great, they always resolved any/all my problems when I get in contact with them on chat or via their ticketing system. They host my web hosting account for months now and there has been no outages.

HostGator is cheap, fast, easy to use, and has the backing of a responsive and well trained support team. I have two sites hosted at APLUS.NET at the moment, and I'm thinking of moving them over to HG because they are really crap since they got purchased. However, there is still hope for them, in the form of everyone should "ABANDON SHIP!" ahaha

I'm more about peace and comfort rather than a battlefield. What I mean by that, is you get what you pay for. If you choose not to pay for a decent web hosting company, with support that speaks english, with a no downtime history, and sales people that actually understand something.. then you'd be crazy. HostGator has everything aforementioned without any major price tags. Supporting them is like supporting your local church!

I've been using a HostGator Dedicated Server for almost two years and it has been nothing but a rock solid network that has provided pure performance. Their network is nothing short of spectacular; Their support team helped me get migrated over to the server and setup. Since then, I've only contacted them a few times... but apart from that... nothing.

HostGator is probably has the worst customer service support team in the world I have ever had to work with. They seem not to care about what they are doing but rather put you on endless waiting cues. Not really sure when their support became so "doggy" but I think its when they got taken over by Endurance International.

HostGator is a bit more expensive than Im generally willing to pay for a web hosting company, but I certainly think its worth it. I've experienced their excellent web hosting support teams, gone through the resources that they offer for web hosting and also have not had any outages in 180 days! For me, that says everything that I need to know. Outages destroy your online reputation and business, so its important to have as few as possible.
