HostGator

After using APLUS for years HostGator is like a breath of fresh air. The customer service is a tremendous step up in comparison to my previous web hosting provider. The value for money is really noticeable... when your comparing the two.

I've been a customer of HostGator for approximately 15 years, and in that time, I've seen quite a few shows with them, both good and bad. I've seen them having a fantastic uptime and I've seen them constantly being offline. Either way, we've built a history together. However, their latest stunt has made me very upset, the prices went up $30! Im not even sure as to why... the service hasn't improved, they have not updated the servers... can't really find an explanation.

Alright, so I finally just made the switch from this horrid company called JustHost to HostGator. Not only is the terms and conditions of HostGator actually fair and work, but they are actually based in reality and not fiction. Their support, is by far the best I've ever seen and their online live chat service is yet to disappoint. I've even had some discussions with their support as to how quickly WordPress and Joomla are growing.

Typically a web hosting provider cares about their web hosting customers, but since they switch happened from Brent to EIG the entire thing just went pear shaped. My old HostGator was perfect and always kept things online and working... and there was literally no delays and etc. Nowadays; its been all like up and down, for example, at the moment. The site has been down for hours.

HG has proved that they are a breath of fresh air; I love this company. No downtime as yet; am very happy with the move. I switched my last customer over from BlueHost the other day to HG. The value for money is really great with HostGator and the fast response times are very cool!

They were a pretty decent company until we saw EIG take them over. Once that happened, the rest is pretty much history. Everything went downhill and HostGator become 1/2 of the company it was previously. The company was amazing and had excellent support, then when they moved all the servers to Utah... well that was sorta the end.

HostGator has never let me down in any capacity. I've used HsotGator now for several years, with that, I've always been able to accomplish even the most complicated of tasks with their support. The servers are always up to date with the latest revisions and also their uptime is quite impressive. As a webmaster, I would say that they are quite responsive to technical support too.

I think of hostgator.com as a key to my success. HG has been really a one stop shop for all of my needs, hosting, emails, etc... When my website was hacked, everything was restored by hostgator.com in mins. So this proves that they are a solid web hosting company that can make your needs work and function. Kudos to them.

I've made the switch to HostGator only for one reason, because of the speed of their servers. Their servers are blazing fast, and for my website speed is really important. HG makes my site load fast, I've tested it with several external monitoring services, and the result is that HG is twice as fast as my previous host. A++ to them. Plus, their support is really fantastic!

I've hosted with HostGator for many many years, and have recently started to have problems. It seems that Time Warner Cable blocks HG because their IP address is listed in the SpamHAUS database. I've contacted SpamHAUS and they told me to speak with HostGator to try to resolve this issue. Not sure what else to do?

I have never experienced in my life so far a web hosting provider that is so reliable 24 / 7 no matter what time the wait time is like 2 mins on the phone and instant response on live chat. Its truly an amazing, their live chat is brilliant, and as if that wasn't enough... the resources you get when you sign up really makes it worth while, it explains everything!!!!!

Great customer service, responsive, fast, and super knowledgeable. Live chat works wonderfully... I have already referred several clients of mine and all have been really chuffed with the exceptional service that they have received.
