I originally had a web hosting account over at name cheap, but had to move somewhere else... and I wasn't really where to go. I spoke with a few fellow webmasters on the community forums and they recommended that I take a look at GreenGeeks. So I did, I checkout their plans, their uptime, etc... I made a few phone calls and I finally signed up. After signing up with them, I got my dedicated server... and started to configure... then I get a call from their support asking if I needed help and If I had any websites to transfer. I said yes, of course. They said, leave it with us, we'll tell you when its all done... and it was all done when they called me back 2 hours later. I've been with them ever since.

Was running a load test on their servers the other day, to gauge performance for my new site, wanted to see if their shared hosting was goin to be enough or not... and it turns out that it is... this script of mine also happens to tell me the amount of users... and from my estimates, they only put 200 clients on a server... in comparison to other hosts that I've been with and ran the same tests of putting 400+. Their uptime is really excellent too, that's not even mentioning their support team, who are always there for me... day or not.

I've just launched a new site, moving from the old Post to a new one with easy with the help of these guys supporting me information on process, and links to WordPress also how to replace plugin to assist with moving different URLs over to a new domain.

And starting my website I had many issues and problems. I have used several different companies over the last few years, from experience to inexperienced. This is the host I plan on staying with. Whenever I have a real issue, they're always there to support with a helping attitude. They do a great job and always fix the problem. thanks again:-)

I’ve been using GreenGeeks on my three websites reliably since 2015. The online chat fetcher and support services have been vary fast and helpful when I’ve had concerns or additional support services. The interface has been easy to understand including cPanel.

I've heard people had problems but I have never experienced that myself. Although there is always a bit of uncertainty with different providers and usually he found the ones who get “lucky”. From what I see, it's a very simple process and personally and makes my life easier. Downtime is minimal in six months 15-20 minutes, so it's OK.

I'm using green geeks to host my other website since 2012. In my opinion that's a long time! They've been fantastic. Never had any problems from there side. The few incidences in all the time I've gotten stuck trying to do something, they saw my problem in less than a few hours, with Instant chat. I am a happy user. I also feel about the greenness too.

They definitely use the latest PHP and Apache versions, because the other day I asked them to update their PHP for a couple of features that were missing in Apache in the DSO mode, and they said they couldn't but they could setup a maintenance window to make the adjustment. I thought to myself, finally, I found a web hosting company that actually cares. So the next day, an email arrives in my inbox stating that there will be a maintenance window on Friday at 3AM.

I've been using this host for a little over a year now I really love it! They are quick and greet at their support that even the response during the weekends are more than expected. I've noticed they provide more support than any other hosting company out there. I have yet to come across one issue that the support team have not been able to help with. The hosting services they provide are easy to use in the performance from top companies. Given the amount of money I spent I was not at spec thing this type of excellent service! Great value!

Apart from their fantastic support, their uptime, and their ability to help solve any problems that come up... I think found my new website home! Keep up the excellent service guys!

I run an online shop and my hosting is of great importance to me and my business. With Green Geeks, I've found that all the plans suit me, and will allow my business to grow. I already have a shared hosting plan, but I want to see myself on a VPS with double the traffic. the cP is very good, not had any problems with it or Magento that I'm running.

Great Job! Green Geeks have been nothing but superb. My partner and I have tried two other web hosts previously. Having jumped onto this one, we are completed satisfied. We've not had any outages or other service impacting issues. Compared to other hosts that I've worked with, Green Geeks are beyond reproach!
