My organization has used green geeks for 4 years. They're always there for fast support. Even though it is rarely needed though. How I can call and there is always someone there if they can't help me, they get me next level technician. The pricing is also amazing. I haven't had any problems with them yet and well to use them. I have used their PPS service and reseller seed account Great guys!

My opinion they are the number one! They've helped me on several occasions. Installing WordPress word press or adding additional domains. I I mostly receive a very quick solution, usually within the hour. Thanks do it everyone on the team I really appreciate everything that you do you have me as a customer for a long time!!

“you get what you pay for” I think all hosting services are more or less garbage.

Love the fact that they use SSD and RAID-10 storage, these kinda things in a web hosting company is what I look for. Having a online business that is dedicated to computer repair, I don't have time for failures or outages... so I choose greengeeks because they seemed like the only company that really understood what they were doing and were actually caring enough. I found that they not only cared about my small site, but also suggested ways I can optimize it to drive more potential traffic.

For the most part I have enjoyed my hosting with Greengeeks UNTLI I had to cancel my service. When I brought up an issue, person from green geeks was brewed in a crush with me by email. Instead of acknowledging my problem he just copied and pasted parts of the service agreement. It's not that what he said wasn't true, it's that he was so aggressive in the way he handled the matter. There will be no compromise about a refund infieles. Because of this experience I would not recommend green geeks as my first choice.

I have been using green geeks for years now. The service has been very responsive with next to no downtime, the prices have been right and the support sufficient. I also particularly like the fact that they strive to be environmentally
friendly important these days.

Terrible support tech. I usually end up finding my own solution after they attempt to resolve my problem. I think your services a joke and cannot be trusted when you need him. They have DI SABLED backup in cPanel you can’t even make your own backups. It's my experience after service out slow in overloaded. They make it hard to cancel's service plans. I will not use them again.

Very affordable, excellent customer service and 100% uptime is a big factor of service. Their support each time you call, they have the answers to all the question and they are willing to help and explain everything. Really skillful professionals, they save me countless hours every week.
