I've been with FatCow for almost 15 years now, and with over 35 different web hosting domain... all hosted by them... all I can say is that there is a reason why I kept FatCow all these years. Mind you, I've tried out everyone in the block; HostICan, GoDaddy, MidPhase, 1&1, BlueHost, HostGator, IPower, LunarPages and many others. Not that all of them were bad, but I wouldn't use them again... but through all that... FatCow has been stable.

I had a problem with an error in their control panel, where the storage was showing up as unavailable. I wrote them about this bug and within mins, the problem was fixed. Literally the process took 15 mins from the time the email was sent to the time the issue was fixed.

I have been struggling with trying to get the website error solved, all over the internet, blogs, forums, etc... so finally I just said enough is enough, let me ask my web hosting provider (I was sure they were going to tell me its out of our support scope). Instead, what I got was was completely different, they solved the issue and sent me the fix when they replied to the email.

I dont know why, but my Ip address was getting blacklisted in their firewall, as a result, I was not seeing my website. So I had to work with them on figuring out what was the reason fort that. I was able to finally get my IP address white listed, after which, the entire site started to function without any problems and the issue never happened again.

Regardless on which server I was put on, I seemed to find that their SMTP IPs were always getting blocked saying that it was refused by the receipts address or simply it never arrives.
