Their tech team helped me move my site from my old provider, so there was literally no extra work needed from my side. Love the service.

BlueHost has amazing AMERICAN SUPPORT, they literally seem to always be available, no matter what time I try to get in contact with them... they are there and they are on top of everything. They helped me several times on Live chat, so then finally I decided that I should call them while I was on the way back from work, they helped me understand what I was doing wrong. They explained everything to me and said If I had other issues that I should call back when needed. Try finding customer support like that.

I feel very comfortable and satisfied with BlueHost; good value for money and serious and quick support. Their servers are always kept updated with the latest software software, so in case anything happens, I know its not because lack of professionalism but because of compatibility issues or something else. They have great value for money. I've already recommended them to several clients of mine, can I recommend them to you too?

I wanted you to know the quality of tech support that I received today from Jeremy. I was having some problems uploading files to my website, but after a few suggestions and pointers about updating the concurrent connections within my FTP client, the files started to upload faster. Seems that this workaround has really helped solve all the problems. The fact that he wasn't from an outsourced call center or support center made all the difference.

When it comes to an excellent LAMP hosting environment, we're speaking about HostGator. HostGator has amazing technical support resources, both on the support front and uptime. I've honestly never had the pleasure of having such a reliable web hosting provider. No matter what sorta cryptic question I throw at them, they manage to get an answer and solve the issue quickly. They really have some very smart people working over there and they are not going to say no to you, they certainly will go the extra mile.

When I purchased a web hosting plan from BlueHost I wasn't expecting for them to be quite so helpful. I have little knowledge about web hosting and only use it for the WordPress blog; but everything else I don't understand much about. However, last month I needed some help with getting some plugins installed... and I opened the ticket before I went to get some tea, when I got back the ticket was already answered to and the plugin was already installed... that must have been no more than 20 mins.

I've been with bluehost.com for 6 years and a few months now, and I've got to say that their growth pains have been really hard to deal with at times, but lately they have really become a fantastic provider. Their service is never offline, always up, available, and backed by what now seems an army of support engineers that are available via live chat, phone, and email. I don't know what more I can ask for $4.95/mo. I think they are definitely worth the money I spend, I'm glad I stuck with them.

After trying a few different web hosting providers, I quickly found out that not all web hosting providers are created equal. Even though they all tend to run cPanel, BlueHost's cPanel seems to be custom tuned and optimized for performance and freebies, which is excellent for me. They gave me last week $100 in FREE Adwords! I was really impressed with the service!

They have always been very fast at replying to emails and problems. I have gone through a vast amount of web hosting companies and I've honestly never seen one such as helpful or dedicated as BlueHost. They explain everything step-by-step to you and give you all the insight... as to how to solve the problem should it rise again. Also their uptime is incredible; I've not seen them offline at all.

They are a kickass web hosting company, super cool, and so worth every penny. Amazing customer service, with everything allowed... what else do you want from a web hosting company? I'm so happy I found bluehost.com kick ass company. Their auto-installer is super too!
