BlueHost

I've been with BlueHost for over a decade and I still have clients of mine signing up for their services. I don't understand where all this weird reviews are going from. Have I seem downtime from BlueHost? Yes, have I had to pay late fees for this and that? Yes. Have I had mediocre support? Yes. However, BlueHost still shines way more than any of the other web hosting providers. These things are common from a web hosting provider and anyone that tells you that its not, you shouldn't even speak with again.

Thank you for all the time and dedication that your showing me Thomas Preff. The amount of times that we've had some issues and that you were there to assist me is just been staggering. So thank you; in respects to the website loading speeds after your last update it also has improved greatly. So thank you!

I've been with BlueHost for quite sometime, as they started their rapid growth, their infrastructure was always struggling under the pressure (as it seemed to me). There was always upgrade notices going out every weekend, and some weekdays too. It's ok, if your in the same timezone, but sometimes their update windows were in the middle of my workday... so due to the timezone differences... I was always getting delayed with my marketing campaigns.

Very good support. I got an issue on my dedicated server. Jeff was able to get the email issue resolved quickly before it impacted my service. Thank you so much for everything that you guys are doing!

BlueHost has been solid for me for a long time. Virtually no downtime, excellent performance, and lightening speeds. What defines a web hosting company is just that; its speed, technical support and service levels. So far, BlueHost has been nothing but spectacular in all of those key areas.

Unlike most web hosting providers, BlueHost has something special. They provide value. Most web hosting shops will treat you as just another number and there is zero personalization and assistance. However, when you signup with BlueHost, the experience is entirely different. They call you, welcome to the service, assist you in getting setup and organized. They help you move the website if needed and give you a hand if that's what your looking for.

I wanted you to know the quality of tech support that I received today from Jeremy. I was having some problems uploading files to my website, but after a few suggestions and pointers about updating the concurrent connections within my FTP client, the files started to upload faster. Seems that this workaround has really helped solve all the problems. The fact that he wasn't from an outsourced call center or support center made all the difference.

When it comes to an excellent LAMP hosting environment, we're speaking about HostGator. HostGator has amazing technical support resources, both on the support front and uptime. I've honestly never had the pleasure of having such a reliable web hosting provider. No matter what sorta cryptic question I throw at them, they manage to get an answer and solve the issue quickly. They really have some very smart people working over there and they are not going to say no to you, they certainly will go the extra mile.

BlueHost has amazing AMERICAN SUPPORT, they literally seem to always be available, no matter what time I try to get in contact with them... they are there and they are on top of everything. They helped me several times on Live chat, so then finally I decided that I should call them while I was on the way back from work, they helped me understand what I was doing wrong. They explained everything to me and said If I had other issues that I should call back when needed. Try finding customer support like that.

The switch between Site5 and BlueHost has made a huge difference. They entire process was easy, quick, and free!

I was recommended WordPress hosting with BlueHost by a fellow at my work; all seems excellent so far. Every time I've contacted support, they have been there. I have yet to see what their like in the super-long term, but what I see so far shows me that they are a decent web hosting provider. While I know that 100% uptime is impossible, I can honestly say that say that if I would have found Bluehost earlier, I certainly would have made the switch quicker!

Regardless of the time; the quality of service is going to be the same; that's what I've experienced thus far. Aside from the excellent support that they provide, their performance is quite amazing as well. For example, I've not had any downtime or issues facing performance with their VPS service. My blog is just lightening quick and is quite stable. I can say that I wasn't expecting this level of service, but i'm super happy that I have it.
