My website has been offline for more than a week. I couldn't get access to cPanel, and no one was replying to support tickets. I tried to get in contact with them via their live chat, and email. Nothing... not sure what I need to do to get my website back!?

The customer service is one of the most amazing aspects, nothing short of perfect. They have always replied to my support requests, provided perfect uptime, and tons of new features within cPanel... that art standard. I'm really impressed also how fast they helped me move over my website. Ive been doubly thrilled when I heard about them being taken over, to form a bigger and stronger company... meaning more support staff. We changed our web hosting to Arvixe and the process was quite easy and very friendly. They did all the heavy lifting; without them it would have bene impossible to move forward, as I wouldn't know where to start. The admin panel, email ping, disk space are performing incredibly well.

During the past month, my website was offline for most of the time... their support is quite limited at times and they kept saying that they needed a couple of days to fix the site. However, I found out that after a few days of this last message, they lost my entire site and all of the data.

Arvixe was an excellent company when I started my web hosting experience with them. Plenty of features, competitive pricing, amazing control panel, etc... However, lately, their customer service seems to be fledging and seems to have have been outsource. I had to wait approximately 8 weeks to get my SSL certificate installed by their engineers. I'm working on how to pick my next web hosting provider.

Cheap and very reliable their service seems to be mega blazing fast, no matter where I test the website, it loads. It loads really fast in Asia, and for me that's very important as most my traffic is from Asia currently. So I have to keep things moving. They have really patient group of people and I'm quite impressed with them. Excellent on keeping up with version changes.

Ive been a reseller of ARVIXE for at least 9 years, and since then they have been having an amazing support team. Yes, sometimes they had outages, moving servers, locations, etc... but they are incredibly reliable typically these days. This web hosting provider will provide you with excellent uptime, excellent customer service, and also actually give you what they say on the site... so if they say 10gb you will get 10GB. There is no funny business with them. Live Chat really responds super fast... literally sometimes within seconds, and certainly within mins.
