I have been a customer with Arivxe for about 2 years now. Excellent rates and really fast customer service. One of my pillar requirements for a web hosting provider was that they were a LAMP provider, the second that they had amazing customer service or as close to amazing customer service as possible. What I got was a company willing to transfer the entire website, domain name, and help me. I really couldn't expect more from a web hosting provider. The customer service is one of the most amazing aspects, nothing short of perfect. They have always replied to my support requests, provided perfect uptime, and tons of new features within cPanel... that art standard. I'm really impressed also how fast they helped me move over my website. Ive been doubly thrilled when I heard about them being taken over, to form a bigger and stronger company... meaning more support staff. Cheap and very reliable their service seems to be mega blazing fast, no matter where I test the website, it loads. It loads really fast in Asia, and for me that's very important as most my traffic is from Asia currently. So I have to keep things moving. They have really patient group of people and I'm quite impressed with them. Excellent on keeping up with version changes.

Great customer service, and service. I started my website for a small community website that I run. I have to say that ARVIXE helped me get the website online and continues to help me maintain the website. I know that without their help, It wouldn't have been possible to really enjoy the service. Started a website for my craft based business and Arvixe was highly recommended by a fellow webmaster that I trust online, He said that they are reliable, and I was thinking about that... so I purchased the service to give it a shot... I've been with them for over 3 years now. What he said was true. from time to time there is some IMAP situations, where it fails to connect, but overall I think that they are really swell.

Since I started my web hosting business online, Arvixe and I have been partners. However, because of their current poor performance in the support department, I've had to make the unfortunate choice of considering to move to another web hosting provider. I want to say that they have an amazing core support team, but their new staff is just impossible to understand and work with. The uptime is good and works fine, just everything else seems to suck these days with them.

My loyalty to Arvixe is unshakeable. They saved my bacon more than once, in fact, they helped me salvage a website that was deeply messed up because of the web masters that I had deleted a file incorrectly. Without the Arvixe backup, I would have been totally lost and down. Arvixe came to the rescue, they not only restored the website, they got everything working again within like 30 mins. They even helped me patch the software... AFTER they restored it as, they mentioned it was a bit out of date.

I have been a customer of Arvixe since December 2016, I have found that their service is beyond reproach in many areas... expect one. One of the areas they seem to lack is that they seem not always to have the server online. Sometimes, they have downtime! but overall their performance in everything else is exquisite... amazing support, great, plans, excellent value.

I've been extremely happy with Arvixe over the past few years. Previously, I was with Gandi, who also had solid performance, but the value for money just wasn't there. With Arvixe I found a happier, more stable, reliable web hosting provider that is willing to go the extra mile... even if they don't have to. The only draw back that I've seen with them, is somewhat constrictive resource allocation... kinda tight on the limitations. However, apart from that, they do have a super support team that is always willing to assist you.

I've been quite impressed and disappointed with arvixe. Their hosting has been slowly downhill since they were purchased. However, there has been moments that they have also improved. Not sure what to tell as yet about them. However, I can say the following things about them;
Support is incredible, stable servers, inexpensive (compared with other hosting providers). Only thing that's annoying is that they keep updating the service without providing notices... since this happens once a week... its always causing some sorta downtime.
Sometimes I've felt that their support was overloaded. Not sure what to make of this. However, I'm quite impressed that they are keeping up with the latest software versions to make sure that we are not hacked.
