They are a joke of a company, they are not even real. The hosting is constantly being infected with different types of viruses, trojans, etc.. , etc.,. and it takes me ages to clean up and after that... its back the next day. Am really frustrated with them, I moved after the third time that happened. Enough got to be enough for me. The only positive thing that I can say about them, is that they do have excellent customer service that relies fast and tries their best to help solve the issues.

Started a website for my craft based business and Arvixe was highly recommended by a fellow webmaster that I trust online, He said that they are reliable, and I was thinking about that... so I purchased the service to give it a shot... I've been with them for over 3 years now. What he said was true. from time to time there is some IMAP situations, where it fails to connect, but overall I think that they are really swell.

I have been a customer with Arivxe for about 2 years now. Excellent rates and really fast customer service. One of my pillar requirements for a web hosting provider was that they were a LAMP provider, the second that they had amazing customer service or as close to amazing customer service as possible. What I got was a company willing to transfer the entire website, domain name, and help me. I really couldn't expect more from a web hosting provider. The customer service has always been amazing and nothing short of extemporary. They have always responded to my questions and issues very quickly and take the time to explain how to resolve the problems. I have encountered zero issues with this web hosting provider so far. The one time, I did get in contact with their customer service, the issue that I was facing was solved directly on the phone.
