The uptime is excellent. They have been a fantastic web hosting company for many years for me.. they have built my company literally from nothing to everything... when I started with them, I had nothing. Now, I have a completely independent life all funded by my work on the internet as a professional web developer. They are always keeping up with the latest software revisions, updates, etc.

They are a joke of a company, they are not even real. The hosting is constantly being infected with different types of viruses, trojans, etc.. , etc.,. and it takes me ages to clean up and after that... its back the next day. Am really frustrated with them, I moved after the third time that happened. Enough got to be enough for me. The only positive thing that I can say about them, is that they do have excellent customer service that relies fast and tries their best to help solve the issues.

I've been extremely happy with Arvixe over the past few years. Previously, I was with Gandi, who also had solid performance, but the value for money just wasn't there. With Arvixe I found a happier, more stable, reliable web hosting provider that is willing to go the extra mile... even if they don't have to. The only draw back that I've seen with them, is somewhat constrictive resource allocation... kinda tight on the limitations. However, apart from that, they do have a super support team that is always willing to assist you.

Great customer service, and service. I started my website for a small community website that I run. I have to say that ARVIXE helped me get the website online and continues to help me maintain the website. I know that without their help, It wouldn't have been possible to really enjoy the service. Having had a horrid experience with my previous web hosting provider, I'm happy that I'm part of their service now.

My website has been offline for more than a week. I couldn't get access to cPanel, and no one was replying to support tickets. I tried to get in contact with them via their live chat, and email. Nothing... not sure what I need to do to get my website back!?

Started a website for my craft based business and Arvixe was highly recommended by a fellow webmaster that I trust online, He said that they are reliable, and I was thinking about that... so I purchased the service to give it a shot... I've been with them for over 3 years now. What he said was true. from time to time there is some IMAP situations, where it fails to connect, but overall I think that they are really swell.

Cheap and very reliable their service seems to be mega blazing fast, no matter where I test the website, it loads. It loads really fast in Asia, and for me that's very important as most my traffic is from Asia currently. So I have to keep things moving. They have really patient group of people and I'm quite impressed with them. Excellent on keeping up with version changes.

I've been with Arvixe for approximately 3 years now, I've never had an issue. Their tech support has been top notch and they have always helped me out when I was stuck or needed support. They offer everything SQL, MSSQL, ASP.NET, etc.. which is not common in the web hosting industry.
