Fantastic customer service, I can't ask for me help and support that I'm getting with them. They moved my website in less than 2 hours , and solved all the tech issues that I had literally for over a year with my previous host. Support on steroids. The support team is one of the best that I've seen in the industry. They have literally managed to get a problem I was facing all day solved in like 10 mins. Their ticketing system provided me a constant idea as to what was happening within their environment and who the ticket was assigned to and when they were supposed to reply. While they are not cheap, their support is outstanding!

Since I've been an A2 customer, Ive had nothing but a phenomenal experience with them. Their support is quick, smart, and really helpful. So they make up for my faults of not understanding everything, and their constantly vigilant and provide you with support and suggestions for updates to keep your site updated and always running at tip top performance.

Having been a reseller for about 17 years now, I am in a good position to give some comments about web hosting providers. I'm taking the time to write this A2 Hosting review, not only because they standout from the rest of the web hosting providers and the fact that they will go the extra mile for you. However, because they are very helpful, friendly, open and honest about what/how your site needs and when. Whatever problem you throw at them, they will solve the issue. As an example, i was having an issue with cPanel the other day, something to do with logins... I spoke with them and organized... before too long... which was 5 mins, I got a reply telling me that the issue had b been fixed and that this issue shouldn't happen again.

I love A2 hosting, but especially their support! Their responses are always quick and accurate. The service has been fantastic and I'm very happy that I choose them as a web hosting partner. Since I've joined them, I've also referred over 15 other clients of mine to them too.

Am really pleased with the way that my ticket was processed. Really an exemplary way of dealing with the situation I must say. Im really happy to say that its been a joy to deal with this web hosting company.

I'm new to A2 and their Windows shared hosting environment. So far, and I will continue to be happy with their service. The control panel is not difficult to navigate. I know my way around most web hosting platforms and I must say service answers and fulfills all my needs.

Having been hosted with A2 Hosting for 7 months, I totally forgot to update the credit card attached to the billing record of A2 hosting. As such, they informed me about 15 times that I was going to be billed... then finally the date came and... I still was forgetting... so I got my account cancelled. Thankfully, I contacted A2 hosting the moment I saw the website offline.. and was able to get them to restore the account (from a backup) at no extra fee.

Hosting support has always been helpful with my support needs and have taught me a lot from their support articles. Really excellent resources and references.
