I signed up with A2 hosting a few months ago and have transferred my domain name over to them. I needed good technical support, which was impossible at my previous web hosting provider. I needed assistance from A2 the other day... and got all the support I needed to get the issue resolved via their live chat service. After the issue was resolved, a day later, I received a follow up email asking if everything was ok and if there was anything else that I needed help with. Really solid company in terms of their attention to detail.

The support is stellar, they basically rebuilt my WordPress blog for me from the database, as my old hosting company was refusing to let me download the MYSQL dump. These guys deserve a medal or something for all their hard work and dedication.

I'm just changing over from a previous web hosting provider that was unresponsive and pretty much unhelpful too. A2 is prompt, quick, and very much the opposite of my previous host. They helped us migrate the entire website over to their service and get the DNS switched over as well. The entire process took less than 45 mins after signup.

A2 hosting, they are available 24/7/365 no matter whats going on. For example, when they were going through a complicated server transition, their support engineers were available and on call yo answer any questions that you had while the service wasn't fully available

Having been a reseller for about 17 years now, I am in a good position to give some comments about web hosting providers. I'm taking the time to write this A2 Hosting review, not only because they standout from the rest of the web hosting providers and the fact that they will go the extra mile for you. However, because they are very helpful, friendly, open and honest about what/how your site needs and when. Whatever problem you throw at them, they will solve the issue. As an example, i was having an issue with cPanel the other day, something to do with logins... I spoke with them and organized... before too long... which was 5 mins, I got a reply telling me that the issue had b been fixed and that this issue shouldn't happen again.
