I had an issue with AWStats the other day after signing up, and they mentioned to me via their support team that its not enabled by default. So once they showed me how to enable it, it regenerated and within 24 hours the issue was fully corrected. Their response time was about 6 mins.

Having been a reseller for about 17 years now, I am in a good position to give some comments about web hosting providers. I'm taking the time to write this A2 Hosting review, not only because they standout from the rest of the web hosting providers and the fact that they will go the extra mile for you. However, because they are very helpful, friendly, open and honest about what/how your site needs and when. Whatever problem you throw at them, they will solve the issue. As an example, i was having an issue with cPanel the other day, something to do with logins... I spoke with them and organized... before too long... which was 5 mins, I got a reply telling me that the issue had b been fixed and that this issue shouldn't happen again.

Support on steroids. The support team is one of the best that I've seen in the industry. They have literally managed to get a problem I was facing all day solved in like 10 mins. Their ticketing system provided me a constant idea as to what was happening within their environment and who the ticket was assigned to and when they were supposed to reply. While they are not cheap, their support is outstanding!

Having been hosted with A2 Hosting for 7 months, I totally forgot to update the credit card attached to the billing record of A2 hosting. As such, they informed me about 15 times that I was going to be billed... then finally the date came and... I still was forgetting... so I got my account cancelled. Thankfully, I contacted A2 hosting the moment I saw the website offline.. and was able to get them to restore the account (from a backup) at no extra fee.
