I've been building a test web hosting service on the back of ASO, and I found that via my monitoring that I've literally had no downtimes or cuts in service. That's vital for me, then I'm really impressed with the flexibility their control panel allows, its like the control panel is built for easy of use.. and it just keeps giving. Even with the ASO custom theme, all the features are still there.

When it comes to washing the floor with your competition I've honestly never seen a more professional shop. ASO has a tightly knit crew that's always there to assist you in some problem your having. The other day (which prompted me to write this review), I was having all kinda errors and issues with the service... I was like why isn't my application working? Well, it turns out some parts of my script were running on PHP4! I couldn't believe it... but anyways, ASO changed up some stuff on their work and added a new handler in the htaccess file and it worked excellent after that!

I originally signed up with ASO around mid 2006. The downtimes that we/I felt were minimal and the support was actually pretty decent. That lasted a few months, then the service started to go downhill pretty quickly there after. I was about to start moving over 72 web hosting clients that I had hosted, but then decided quickly against them. They have been sorta flaky ever since. However, in the last year or so, they did improve when the management changed. So in so many words, glad that the management changed.

My experience with ASO has been nothing but stellar all the way; they have been a super fantastic web hosting provider. Even when I had issues with my cPanel account, they logged into my account and really quickly resolved the email issue I was facing with the DomainKeys configuration for my account. It was super easy for them to resolve but I just couldn't figure it out.

I love A Small Orange; they are fast, reliable, friendly and most importantly always online!!! I've always recommended ASO, not because of the price, but because of the stability is a web host that any webmaster should feel comfortable using. They are slightly above market industry average, but in my case, that's worth the extra money.

Good service but their a bit slow sometimes, there is tons of options and features to choose from and that also come as standard in the cPanel hosting environment. They are always providing excellent uptime and support, so can't complain. I can say that their support via live chat is very fast and I would recommend that channel as a resource center.

I had to scramble to get a good deal with ASO when there was a coupon available... and it was well worth it. They are a really great site! They know what it takes to keep customers happy. Like in my case, they have the latest version of WordPress about 2 hours after its announced on the main site... Before joining ASO I had a web host that was supposedly great, but didn't have any night support and that's when I work the most... So that created difficulties for me... Now we're golden.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service provided by A Small Orange. Their really a fantastic web hosting company and especially with the ability to reach the CEO of the company and him actually replying just shows that he actually care about us rather than us just being another number. Also love the fact that they switched over to LiteSpeed rather than using Apache, I've noticed the loading speed improve!

I have been using ASO services for about a month now, found that their services are really stable and awesome. Tickets typically get answered within 15 mins and the reply doesn't end up in the spam folder! Which is most helpful!

I've had no issues with A Small Orange; they are super, they provide a decent service at a fantastic price. I know that ASO went through some difficult times, but with the new management team they are just spectacular. They are really moving fast and without a doubt they are probably the best company that I've been with... especially under the new management. They have become a company thats dedicated to THE CUSTOMER. Awesome strategy!!
