I've been with them for about 5 years now, and all I can say is that they are one of the BEST WEB HOSTING PROVIDERS that I've been with. Not only is their cPanel standard and without excess, but also because they do everything possible to make life simpler... If I do encounter problems, they are normally resolved quickly via live chat or support ticket. They also provide you with a RCA (root cause analysis) if there is any server outages or problems. Super web hosting provider. They are not just a marketing shop, they are a excellent web hosting service.

Good service but their a bit slow sometimes, there is tons of options and features to choose from and that also come as standard in the cPanel hosting environment. They are always providing excellent uptime and support, so can't complain. I can say that their support via live chat is very fast and I would recommend that channel as a resource center.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service provided by A Small Orange. Their really a fantastic web hosting company and especially with the ability to reach the CEO of the company and him actually replying just shows that he actually care about us rather than us just being another number. Also love the fact that they switched over to LiteSpeed rather than using Apache, I've noticed the loading speed improve!

I've used A Small Orange with different levels of service, since then I've found out that they are really are a truly fantastic service provider. The uptime and the level of support I've gotten, I couldn't expect that from anyone. The stability has soared with the new management team.

I was first attracted to A small orange by the very well coded themes that they had going and also by the recommendation of fellow web hosting masters in the forums. The couple of support tickets that I posed were answered probably within 15/20 mins. The range of services and plans that they offer is simply staggering and all of them Im sure fair up as well as mine. I had a small problem with my email service, with that I was able to get the issue resolved by a simple support ticket... all this kinda stuff matters to me... without it... you can't do anything. Unlimited email addresses, disk space, etc... all that matters and helps!

I've had no issues with ASmallOrange at all. A small learning curve initially, which was quite stressful initially... but once I got over that, it was like wow! I'm totally impressed and their support helping me with my developer related issues really told me a lot about them. Im now basically a loyal follower of them and haven't recommended any other web hosting company apart from them... to anyone, even my parents!

I feel very lucky that I was able to buy a hosting plan with ASO, although I must admit I didn't feel like it... since it was my last few bucks. ASO's support team really made a big difference, they helped me tremendously in getting setup. I love working with them, as because you can easily and quickly access support resources, or even their support team. They are simply fantastic in that regard, In the cons, they are a bit pricy but they do have a super control panel... so Im not sure... what is worth more, a few bucks a month with less resources or lots of resources with few support.

I've been with ASO since June 2005 and it's been a great experience and I really hope that it continues for many years to continue. I use the hosting mostly for staging purposes, but I've also not seen any outages either. Very happy with this business class hosting provider. Online. Reliable. Dedicated. That's what I would describe them as.

A small orange is not the cheapest in town, but they do have value for their income. The price is good, the only complaint is that I had to use port 26 rather than port 25 as it was blocked by I dunno who. The hosting environment itself is fast, just sometimes there is blacklists... but apart from that we're good. I can't say more about that... but I think they changed something in the last weeks... because they are MUCH better than they were previously at delivering to inboxes.

I have been very satirized with ASO web hosting account. I host 5 different sites under my account and for all of them, I pay less than $45 a month. My experience with ASO has been nothing but stellar all the way; they have been a super fantastic web hosting provider. Even when I had issues with my cPanel account, they logged into my account and really quickly resolved the email issue I was facing with the DomainKeys configuration for my account. It was super easy for them to resolve but I just couldn't figure it out.
