A small Orange is one of the best LAMP Stack environments that I've seen. They have stacks of ASO are amazing, they are BLAZING FAST and come backed with a 247 support resource center. I decided to use their service to help me move my website, as such... wow... they did it and quick! I switched the DNS and that was it... done! They are very responsive, if this continues like this for a long time more... I'll never need to pick another web hosting plan!

I've been building a test web hosting service on the back of ASO, and I found that via my monitoring that I've literally had no downtimes or cuts in service. That's vital for me, then I'm really impressed with the flexibility their control panel allows, its like the control panel is built for easy of use.. and it just keeps giving. Even with the ASO custom theme, all the features are still there.

Service is a bit spotty, I'm currently hosted with them and they have some issues or latency, I can't figure out which as yet, but its a little annoying. Overall, I'm super satisfied with their service. They always have the latest versions of MYSQL and PHP, so I really don't need to consider anyone else as a web hosting provider.

I have been with them for 6 months and they offer great customer service. The service is online and the easy of use of cPanel has helped me lift the website traffic which is really important to me in an organically grown business. Really good service provider, one I don't mind spending a little extra on.

ASO made the moving process of my website so fast and so easy that I dunno what else to say... They moved my 5GB site in literally about 35 mins and got it restored on their servers. Now I have unlimited disk space and no more freaking outages like I had last time... now its totally smooth and not a choppy loading experience like I had previously with my old host. The site literally loads instantly... can you imagine? Instantly?

Ruby on Rails and ASmallOrange is definitely a partnership made in heaven. While initially they had and have some problems, they really got things sorted out quickly when I opened a support ticket and that was it. Once they marked the ticket as resolved, the entire RoR started working without any delays.

To be honest, they are the most amazing service money can buy... although they don't have any freaking affiliate program, they are a fantastic host... the framework they provide for a limited amount of money monthly... its just super. I stayed with them on the support line for hours, but they got everything solved. 247 is the way forward and ASO definitely has that.

Always professional, always polite, and very extremely patient with me; they literally solved my problems in less than 15 mins! I was totally impressed and shocked, as with my old host it would have taken at least 24 hours! I wouldn't entertain.

I've used A Small Orange with different levels of service, since then I've found out that they are really are a truly fantastic service provider. The uptime and the level of support I've gotten, I couldn't expect that from anyone. The stability has soared with the new management team.

I can't say enough about the level of customer service provided by A Small Orange. Their really a fantastic web hosting company and especially with the ability to reach the CEO of the company and him actually replying just shows that he actually care about us rather than us just being another number. Also love the fact that they switched over to LiteSpeed rather than using Apache, I've noticed the loading speed improve!

Good service but their a bit slow sometimes, there is tons of options and features to choose from and that also come as standard in the cPanel hosting environment. They are always providing excellent uptime and support, so can't complain. I can say that their support via live chat is very fast and I would recommend that channel as a resource center.

When I originally joined A Small Orange, they had superb uptime and it was a company that couldn't be beat in any respect, no matter what/who you choose. I couldn't stop singing their praises or thanking the lord for helping me find a web hosting company that was... but then it was short lived. The outages started... I was hit with site affecting outages that couldn't keep everything online.... It took me 13+ hours to get a hold of support and when I did get a hold of support... they couldn't answer any of my questions.
